Incidents are investigatedAny incident of harassment by anyone in this school will be investigated and disciplinary action will take place.
SEXUAL HARASSMENT
•Unwelcome sexual advances verbal or physical
•Unwelcome pressure for sexual activity
•Inappropriate physical contact
•Unwelcome sexual behavior or WORDS
•Unwelcome behavior or words because of gender
RACIAL and/or RELIGIOUSHARASSMENT
•Unwelcome physical or verbal conduct related to race
•Hostile•Offensive•Intimidating

VIOLENCE
•Sexual Violence•Physical act of aggression or force in a sexual way

ASSAULT
•Intent to cause fear or immediate bodily harm or death
•Intentional infliction of harm
•Threat to do bodily harm to another person

What is bullying…
Bullying means intimidating, threatening, abusive or harmful conduct that is objectively offensive.
Bullying interferes with a student’s educational opportunities or performance or ability to participate in school.

Even if you do not do the actual bullying but you allow it to happen there could still be consequences for you!
