• Every week for the next 8 weeks, you will spend 90 minutes learning unique Body-Mind-Spirit strategies and tools to uplift your personal and team’s well-being as well as acquire essential positive leadership soft skills

• It is easier to get leaders/Top talent to commit to 90 minutes every week than to get them off their busy schedule for a few days

practice relevant to your challenges• Discipline:

• Weekly goals setting• Accountability and ownership• Appreciative performance debriefings on what works and

brainstorm how to creatively work around the challenges to increase success.
