Hansel and gretel level 1

Once upon a time there were two children called Hansel and Gretel

But their family were very poor because they had no money and one day their daddy took them to the forest.

And left Hansel and Gretel alone in the forest and they were very very sad.

In the forest they found a beautiful house it was made out of sweets.

But there was a horrible witch who lived in the house

Gretel was made to clean; Hansel was locked in the prison.

The witch wanted to cook Hansel and eat him, but Gretel pushed the witch into the fire

Hansel and gretel escaped into the forest

And found their way home

And found their parents too and all the family were very happy now.
