Once you’re logged in to your Google account select Calendar from the menu

To get started, log in to your Google account.

You can create a new meeting by clicking Create, or by double clicking anywhere on the calendar

Give your meeting a name, and set the time

Enter email addresses to invite your students

Once you click Save, you will be prompted to send invitations

The meeting will now appear on your Google calendar; you can click on it to edit details/re-send invites

Edit details of the meeting, or send/resend email to students

You can click Join meeting here in order to start the Hangout

The Join meeting link can also be accessed directly from the Calendar

You’ll be prompted to click Join

You can also use this link to invite students

Once you’re in the call, you can use the icon to open up a chat sidebar

You can pull in files from your Drive by clicking on the in the chat window
