Huff & Puff Experiment

In science, you have been learning about materials. Today we are

going to test what materials are stronger, or more durable.

You will need:

• Paper or cards

• Glue

• Sticks or paddle pop sticks

• Lego

• A fan or blow dryer.

Step 2: Build three houses

• One out of paper or cards

• One out of sticks or paddle pop sticks

• One out of Lego

Step 3: Predict which one is going to be strongest.

Step 4: Here comes the Wolf! Ask your parents to help you use a

fan or hairdryer (on cold) to see which house is stronger and

doesn’t blow down.

Step 5: Share a video/photo of your experiment on Seesaw. Tell us-

which house was more durable?

Craft Instructions

You will need:

Instructions:

1. Colour and cut out the shapes on the template
