•The donor corporate has their brand and products displayed during and after the community development project.

•As they see their neighbourhood improve ,community healing takes place as the community bands together by sharing ideas and supporting them

•Conservation of resources and energy savings as there is less need to create new products when recycled products can be purchased.•Participants learn about importance of recycling environment whilst earning

•Donors have their brand displayed on the websites of civic organisations that have benefitted from program

•Chances of employment are dramatically increased as they showcase their construction ,landscaping .
