Mission Statement Having sold out and built Phase One of the Amera villa project, we decided that it was the right time to introduce an apartment version, with the same breath-taking views the villas have. Each apartment will come with a 30yr lease (renewable). Mountain View, the landholding company will issue subsequent new 30yr. leases at the end of the first lease periods. Wallis International are the Thai agents, overseeing the build project and in charge of company funds. Wallis Directors are also villa owners so everyone’s interests are at heart.
Financial Structure
A UK Escrow account has been set up to accept funds on behalf of the investor. International lawyers, based in Thailand, will oversee the build and release funds, subject to building schedules to protect your interests.
Legal fees/Costs
Fixed costs of £4995 to cover all legal fees (including UK + Thai escrow facilities) admin charge of £495.
