Handball is a ball sport in which two teams face each other. Both teams are made by seven players (six defenders, midfielders or strikers and a goalkeeper).It is played on a rectangular field with a net at the end of each side . The aim is to move a ball across the field, using just the hands in order to score as many points as possible. The team that scores more points at the end of the game, (which consists of two parts of thirty minutes) is the one who wins (being possible to draw)

There have existed many ball games that have used hands along history; Nevertheless, the modern handball is very recent, its first appearance was during 19th century and the current game did not come until 1926. It was played outdoors with eleven players. This method was used in the 1936 Summer Olympics, but finally, handball games were played indoors, with just seven players. It started being considered as an Olympic sport at the 1972 Summer OlympiCS

Two teams of seven players take the field and attempt to score points by putting the game ball into the opposite team's goal. When grabbing the ball, players must follow next restrictions:

If they have the ball, players must dribble, or just take up three steps in three seconds time without dribbling.

other than the defending goalkeeper are allowed to touch the floor of the goal area . A shot or pass in the goal area is valid if it is completed before touching the floor. Goalkeepers are allowed outside the goal area, but are not allowed to cross the goal area with the ball in their hands.

• The ball must not be passed back to the goalkeeper when it is in the opposite goal area.
