Fixed Halterman Appliance
Used for correction of ectopic eruption of permanent first molar.
It is fabricated by banding the second primary molar.
Then button bonded to occlusal surface of ectopic molar .
Elastic power chain is attached.
Removable Halterman Appliance
•This appliance can be fabricated as a removable appliance.
• An acrylic plate acts as an anchorage and elastic power chain is attached to it .
