An afternoon of spooky and fun activities including mask making, face painting and cup cake decorat- ing will be held. Children can do Yeperenye’s own version of trick-or-treating with participating stores in the centre. There will also be lots of games and a Halloween dress-up competition starting at 4.30pm. All activities are free. Children of all ages are welcome but those under 12 years of age will need to be accompan- ied. Halloween in Yeperenye will run from 2.30pm to 5.30pm on Monday and be held in the vacant shop be- tween OPSM and A Home Like Alice. Don’t miss this ghoulishly great Halloween event. The Haunting Halloween Weekend fires up tomorrow with the Horrific Halloween Party from 8pm in the Juicy Rump. Live band The Warburtons are sure to get you dancing in the moonlight. You could win a share of $450 in the best dressed competitions and if your dare, enter the ter- rifying Tunnel of Terror. On Monday take your creepy kids along to the Juicy Rump in Halloween costume and they’ll give each dressed-up child a free lolly bag. The Tunnel of Terror will be opened from 5pm until 8pm on Monday — but be prepared to be scared. The annual RSPCA Mel- bourne Cup Day at Lasseters is being held on Tuesday and is set to be another sell out event with Juicy Rump screening the race on its 260cm full-HD outdoor plasma screen. There will be a fabulous fashion parade and if you get your fascinator out, you could win one of the best dressed competitions. The event is being hosted by SunFM’s Locko Wills.
