ow Much Water Does thecean Have?
calculation of variations in the sea level istively simple. It is by far more complicated to
n determine the change in the water mass.
ocean mass depends, however, not only onvolume, but also on the temperature and onsalt content. Water expands when heated.rm water, thus, weighs less than the samentity of cold water.
