Responsibilities are the protector of travelers, deity of

roads, particularly crossroads, the deity with the power over

fortune and misfortune, and the personification of death.

Eshu is sometimes identified as Saint Anthony of Padua,

MARASSA JUMEAUX

Marassa Jumeaux are the divine twins.

There children but older than any other loa.

They synthesize the voodoo Loa as personification

of divine power and the human impotence.

The Marassa are a bit different from standard Loa

they are on a level above them.
