Applying international standard of ISO6336, DIN

& EN to gear design

Designing of gears are applied with the standard of ISO6336,

DIN & EN, and analyzed and approved by EES Gears Gmbh

& AMSC Windtec Gmbh.

Design Tools, software for Gear Design

Gears are designed by famous tools and software of KISS soft

and Trochoid Program.

Special Features of applying Cycloid Gears

Cycloid gear applied has very special and advantageous

features than planetary gears, such as very higher stiffness,

smaller backlash, smaller size and lighter weight, lower noise

and vibration and higher endurance and efficiency.

Applied reliable stable motor and brake

Securing reliability and stability of motor and brake supplied

from HHI.

Approval and Technical Partners

The calculation of gear strength has been done by EES Gear

GmbH, and approvals of products by AMSC Windtec GmbH

based on the calculation, and performance testing by KTL.

Modernized Gear Grinding Facilities

The modernized gear grinding machines, KAPP (KX500F

LEX) and HOFLER (HELIX700) can secure and guarantee

higher precision of gears and short delivery time with faster

grinding time.
