Production Roll Out has started in early January and continues forward as many units heading out both domestically and abroad. Our first 2G 150 has landed with Regethermic in Australia, with Ed and his team demonstrating its performance at the annual Australian exhibitions.

The Scottish Prison Service is about to commission a new build prison, with 5 large Proveno 2G at the back-bone of food production for the site. BGL Rieber have found prisons to be a “client rich” resource for mass cater-ing and continue a push forward into new areas of production manage-ment, both in Cook Serve and Cook Chill environments.

Anton has worked in different positions at Tarkett, Alfa Bank, British American Tobacco. Currently Anton have gone through training programs in Kerava and Växjö and started daily work at Russia.Anton will report to Rain Haava, Hackman Export Manager.

Hackman and Nordien-System were presented in cooperation with Bavarian Kitchen at Global biggest annual food exhibition Gulfood 2013. There has been lot of visitors at Hackman booth from United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, India, Australia and other countries around the world. To see not only well known Nordien-System, but also Hackman, which is already has good reputation in Dubai.

Stierlen put on an impressive showcase of total project authority, highlighting various Ali Group lines for large format kitchens. The new combination of Futura Bratt Pan and Proveno 2G kettle bridge the gap between hi temp searing and volume liquid production. All new Proveno Kettles and Futura Bratt pans can be config-ured like this. Something every German Chef will be happy about.

When in doubt, go to the show. No equipment? No pass? No Stand? In this business, many things that can be arranged. Delhi is no exception, as we see the Hackman stand totaling less than1 sqm, and situated in the walking aisle.
