(optional). • Mounting screws included.• Directional air pattern control (70˚ global rotation).• For use in stub duct applications.
FINISHES• Standard finish is #44 British White or #81 Clear Anodized.• Optional finishes available.
This punkah nozzle with panel is designed for lay-in T-bar applications where integration into standard ceiling grid is necessary. The RPNLP comes with an integral flex duct collar for easy duct connection.
MODELRPNLP - Round Punkah Nozzle in Panel
FEATURES• Aluminum construction.• Aluminum aperture damper with stainless steel hardware
(optional).• Foam gasket and mounting screws included.• Integral flex duct mounting ring included.• Directional air pattern control (70˚ global rotation).
FINISHES• Standard finish is #44 British White or #81 Clear Anodized.• Optional finishes available.
NOTES: Throw Projection values are given for terminal velocities of 200, 100, and 50 fpm.(1.0, 0.5 and 0.25 m/s). Projection values are given for isothermal conditions, free jet. Nominal duct size varies for a given aperture, as a function of model type. Data is based on Krueger model RPN. NC values are based on octave band 2 - 7 sound power levels minus a room absorption of 10dB. Dash in space denotes an NC value of less than 10. Data was obtained from tests conducted in accordance with ANSI/ASHRAE Standard 70. Asterisk (*) indicates neck velocity is based on a supply duct diameter equal to the stated nominal size (in inches).

* RPNRD duct connection is 2” larger than ordered size.** Size 04 not available on RPNRD or RPNRR Series.*** Aperture damper must be ordered with unit; cannot be field
installed.
RPNThe supply punkah nozzle shall be a Krueger model RPN constructed of heavy gauge aluminum. This nozzle must have directional control no less than 70° of global rotation. The flange of the RPN shall have a minimum of 4 screw holes on the face of the flange for surface mounting. A foam gasket on the reverse side of the flange shall be provided by the manufacturer. A felt gasket shall be located between the nozzle and the frame of the ball and socket joint to provide a tight air seal.
RPNRDThe supply punkah nozzle shall be a Krueger model RPNRD constructed of heavy gauge aluminum. This nozzle must have directional control no less than 70° of global rotation. The flange of the RPNRD shall have a minimum of 4 screw holes on the side of the flange for mounting to the end of a stub duct. A felt gasket shall be located between the nozzle and the frame of the ball and socket joint to provide a tight air seal. RPNRRThe supply punkah nozzle shall be a Krueger model RPNRR constructed of heavy gauge aluminum. This nozzle must have directional control no less than 70° of global rotation. The flange of the RPNRR shall be designed to reduce the size of duct required to supply air to the nozzle. The RPNRR was designed to fit directly to the end of a stub duct. A felt gasket shall be located between the nozzle and the frame of the ball and socket joint to provide a tight air seal.
OPTION (DAMPER)An optional aluminum aperture damper with stainless steel hardware shall be operable from the face of the nozzle.
PERFORMANCEThe manufacturer shall provide published performance data for the grille. The grille shall be tested in accordance to the data standards at the time of product introduction or ANSI/ASHRAE Standard 70.
FINISHThe paint finish shall be #44 White and be a P-Series Powder Coating finish, baked at 400°F for 7 minutes. The paint thickness shall be 1.8 – 2.2 mils, pencil hardness per ASTM D3363 of H – 2H, crosshatch adhesion per ASTM D3359 of 4B, impact per ASTM D2794 of direct and reverse impact range of 40 to 160 in/lb depending on formulation, salt spray per ASTM B117 of 1000 hours, humidity per ASTM D2247 of 1000 hours and water soak per ASTM D8702 of 500 hours.
