Teamwork!Divide yourselves into groups of 4!

Try to find people you haven’t worked with or talked to before

QuestionHow can we grow LinkedIn’s membership in

[underserved communities]?

Brainstorm!What are some underserved populations or communities

that currently don’t utilize LinkedIn?

Individual Brainstorming On your own, write your ideas for how you would solve the problem on post-it notes

Post them & SharePost your post-its on the wall/board and read your team’s ideas (silently)

CategorizeGroup the post-it notes into different categories

Name each categoryOn a different color post-it note, give each group a name and place the post-it at the top of each category.

VOTE!On your own, write down the names of 5 groups that you think will best solve our problem

X Marks the SPotOn the category name post-its for each group…

Mark 3 x’s for your first choice

Mark 2 x’s for your second choice

Mark 1 x for your third choice

Rank As a group, list the category names from most to least votes

SHAREWe’ll go around and share some of our MVP categories and the specific ideas people had in each of those categories
