• It is a tropical climate. The weather is hot in Guyana. It rains for two seasons in the year.

Food

• In Guyana they eat curry.

• They eat Cook up rice too.

• They eat roti. Roti is a kind of flat bread.

School

• They start school at five in the morning.

• They start school at 5 years old and have to stay in school till they are 16.

• They go to school from September until July.

• They celebrate republics day in Guyana. They celebrate it on February 24.

Interesting facts

• There is a waterfall in guyana. It is one of the largest waterfalls in the country. It is called Kaieteur Falls.
