If you have ever had trouble with the math of GURPS' character creation process, or needed to make multiple characters in little time, or just want to play with numbers without erasing a hole though the page, then this is for you. It does all of the math for you, including applying the final modifiers to advantages and disadvantages, and calculating the final skill level for techniques.
Due to not wanting to infringe upon Steve Jackson's copyrights and simply because there are hundreds and hundreds of GURPS books available, this contains no actual content out of any of the books, so you will also need whichever books you are using for your campaign.

GURPS 4e Character Creator
How to Use
GURPS 4e Character Creator by Frank Wilcox, Jr (fewilcox) is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License.
WARNING: ONLY change the values in blue cells. Changing other cells may cause the spreadsheet to malfunction. If you want to edit the forumulas or add new data, the document protection password is "Password".
Also note that you can type instead of using drop-downs, but you must be careful with spelling if you do.
Cell A1 on nearly every tab is that tab's total Character Points, which are also displayed on "Basics".
First, fill in your character's basic attributes on "Basics", because they will be referenced by formulas on other sheets.
Then add skills, advantages, and disadvantages, in whatever order you like, to their respective tabs.
Dis/Advantages: Put the trait's base cost in the column of the same name and the total modifier under "Mod". Examples are given on both tabs.
Skills: Put the skill name, difficulty, and associated attribute in the appropriate columns, as well as the character's relative skill level. The sheet will then calculate the total skill level and CP cost.
Techniques should not be added before their default skills, and those skills must be spelled exactly the same way on both tabs, because the "Techs" sheet looks up the skill name on "Skills" in order to calculate the techniques' skill levels.

If the character can parry or block, put the associated skill in the second column (spelled exactly as it is on the Skills tab). Then list any modifiers and put the total modifier under "Total".
