Effortlessly track on
chats
GUMZO allows any user to keep on top of all chats through
a simple user interface. All comments are displayed (nothing
hidden) and the user can simply scroll up and down the
dialogue window to view old comments.
GUMZO also provides a unique filter system for Chat Chair
and Admin users to enable them to highlight specific
comments they wish to address. These comments are listed
in a separate box to give full clarity and focus. Once
addressed the comment can be unchecked and disappears
from the filter view.

GUMZO allows the Admin to see who is online at any given
time. It also shows the last time a user logged. Whatever
that user typed can be seen in the transcript so full end to
