different Games. Take, for instance, state-wide acclaim for the traditional folk dance of Gujarat, the Garba, or National acclaim for different Art forms.
In all these paths towards
achievements, there is one common umbrella: GLS. The contribution of Gujarat Law Society has been immeasurable in these accomplishments, and prodded on by the highly motivated management of GLS,
the path towards success has been thus stimulated and inspired from within.
Of course, the path that leads to success can never be smooth. Don’t we all know that? There are always reasons why one has
failed, why an endeavour did not succeed. But, as a famous saying goes, Success is not measured by what you achieve, but by what you overcome.

Shri Mukesh Patel, a renowned International Taxation Consultant, was the chief guest for the occasion and Shri Sudhir Nanavati, Executive Vice-President, GLS, presided over the function.
GLS has proved itself to be among the most magnanimous organisations over the years, not only in its history and tradition of philanthropy, but also in how it translates these words into action. Whenever students achieve major successes and recognition, GLS adds to the triumph by increasing the reward.
The first rankers of the University annual examination are given a prize of Rs. 25,000, and the first rankers of the semesters are given a reward of Rs. 12,500.
In both cases, the fees of the students are waived for the entire semester.
When SMPIC won a cash prize of Rs. 51,000 together with the overall trophy for the Best College at the various events at JOSH 2012, the GLS management rewarded the students by adding another equal amount to this prize, making it a total of Rs. 1,00,000.
When SMPIC won Rs 2,50,000 at the Ahmedabad Mirror Talent Hunt, the GLS management added to this prize by giving the
college another whooping Rs. 2,50,000.
The SMPIC drama team that won the first prize at the INT competition was given a cash prize of Rs. 25,000, and a waiving of fees for the students for the term.
The Sem-1 and Sem-3 toppers of GLS BBA and NRBBA have been appreciated by a waiving of the semester fees for topping the university in their exams.
It is gestures like these that make GLS a special educational institution.
