Retail Net Banking – Retail Net Banking is best viewed in Internet Explorer version 10 and above. How to access – Go to Bank’s web site www.nkgsb-bank.com Click on Internet Banking Tab which will re-direct you to net banking login page.
Retail users (Individuals) can register themselves using NKGB Debit/ATM card. Click on Online registration hyperlink – ‘Retails Users – Register for Personal banking’ which is available on Login page.
Click on Login link which redirects to Login page. Enter your newly created user id & the login password which you have set -
After clicking on login tab system will ask you to enter OTP received on your registered mobile number.
Please note Retail net banking user will have to enter OTP at every login & at the time of doing transactions. OTP will be delivered only on registered mobile number. If you do not get OTP on mobile, please confirm whether you have registered for alerts services. Request you to drop a mail to [email protected] if you are not getting OTP. For other queries regarding net banking functionality please send mail to [email protected]
Enter the OTP you have received on mobile and you will be able to access your net banking -
Dashboard page is the home page for every retail user. You can select the widgets to be displayed on Dashboard by clicking on ‘Personalize Dashboard’ -

You can select multiple widgets & add them to your Dashboard page -
Visit Accounts tab to view your accounts details -
Visit Transactions tab to perform intra & inter bank transactions -
Visit General Services tab for online/offline service requests –
You can set your profile picture in Personal Settings -
Corporate Net Banking – Corporate Net Banking is best viewed in Internet Explorer version 10 and above. Corporate Net Banking is for all non-individual customers. All corporate customers with single mode of operation will have transactional access. Corporate customers with jointly mode of operations will have only viewing access. How to access – Go to Bank’s web site www.nkgsb-bank.com Click on Internet Banking Tab which will re-direct you to net banking login page.
Corporate customers will be registered for net banking in offline mode. No online registration like retails users is available for corporate customers. Customers need to contact home branch for registration to Corporate net banking. Net banking PIN will be delivered to your home branch. Customers will receive Sign On password & Transaction Password in the PIN mailer. Sign ON password is to be used at the time of login to net banking and Transaction Password to be used to perform transactions. Corporate Net Banking login id consists of “Corporate ID.User ID”.
Corporate ID & User ID are available on the PIN mailer which you will receive from brach. For example, If Corporate ID is ‘12345’ and User ID is ‘ABCD’ then login ID will be 12345.ABCD
