HOW DOES IT WORK?
We know that ending the TB epidemic requires taking action at local, regional and global levels. At the global level,theGlobalTBCaucusregularlycomestogethertoholdmeetingstodiscussglobalprioritiesinthefightagainstTB,theGlobalTBSummitandthelatestdevelopmentstowardsendingTB.
At a regional level,theParliamentariansareorganisedintoregionalTBcaucuses. Thesedriveregionalaction,supportnationalAll-PartyGroups,andensurethattheGlobalTBCaucusistrulyrepresentativeofparliamentariansfromacrosstheworld.
At a national level,theyworktosupporttheestablishmentofnationalAll-PartyParliamentaryGroupsonTB. Inthistheyrelyheavilyonthesupportoflocalcivilsocietywhohavetheknowledgeandtheexpertisetotackletheepidemicsintheirowncountries.
Parliamentarians from all over the world have joined the Caucus.Tocheckwhetheryourcountryhasjoined:www.globaltbcaucus.org
