1. OverviewSingle Site Verification (SSV) Test is a test performed on newly integrated sites, it is done by

performing Drive test (Moving) and also stationery test around one particular target site. The

purpose of this test is to ensure all the basic functions of the site cell are normal. Below are the

items needed to verify with SSV:

- Coverage (CI, RX Level & RX Quality)

- BCCH frequency (No Interference)

- No installation faults (No Crossfeeder, wrong antenna direction etc.)

- Make service test calls (Functionality test of CS and PS access)

3.Team Requirements

1) Senior RNO (Team Leader)

- Responsible of Team Lead and Progress of Project as a whole

- Responsible of L0 KPI monitoring & optimization after SSV Pass

2) Junior RNO (DT Coordinator)

- Check & Analyze Sites before team go SSV (Neighbor relation & Initial Parameter)

- Make optimization as needed based on pre-SSV Analyze result

- Coordinate team for SSV (Make schedule, SSV monitoring and update progress)

- Review SSV Reports compiled by DT analyst and send to Huawei

- Make Justification and schedule Re SSV for reject SSV Reports

- Reports for sites problem or need troubleshoot for SSV (Crossfeeder, site down, etc.)

3) OSS Engineer

- Provide daily data KPI Performance for all sites

- Provide Alarm and monitoring data for all sites

- Execute PCR optimization requested by RNO

- Provide other data as requested by Huawei and/or RNO whenever needed

4) DT Analyst

- Compile SSV Reports

- Make Coverage plot prediction and Route and send to team before SSV

- Make justification as needed for SSV Reports5) DT Engineer

- Close coordinate with DT Coordinator

- Report directly to Coordinator if found sites problem during SSV

4.Test Methodology and sequenceTest Methodology

A. Mobile/Moving Test :- MS1 Idle Mode :

1. Lock on GSM

2. Lock on All sector BCCH

- MS2 Dedicated Mode :

1. Lock on GSM

2. Use Command Sequence of Long Call to 212

B. Stationary Test :For stationary test all test done with lock on BCCH of each cell

1. Voice Call :

a. Short Call to 212, Duration : 120 seconds, Wait : 10 seconds, Repeat : 10

times

b. MOC to MTC, MS2 make voice call to MS1, functionality test

2. Packet Data :

a. Download (DL) EDGE ; MS2 Use Command Sequence FTP DL; filesize : 1 Mb

b. Upload (UL) EDGE; MS2 Use Command Sequence FTP UL; filesize : 300 Kb

3. SMS :

a. Send SMS from MS2 to MS1, functionality test

4. Handover :

a. Handover intra site :

Lock to sector A BCCH, MS2 dedicated mode make long call to 212

During call, force HO to sector B, using set target HO in GSM

dedicated mode tab in TEMS MS option, and do the same from

sector B to sector C

Consecutively force HO with this order A B C B A C

b. Reselection Inter Technology (2G to 3G) :

Set RAT Control to lock GSM, lock to BCCH each cell

When serving by Cell, change RAT Control to 3G

event to that site.

8.Attention Items- Ensure before go SSV, Sites is up and running normally. Checking Sites for Alarm and

Status is essential. Sites that is ready for SSV is clear from abnormal conditions.

Report immediately to Project team if found following conditions :

1) Locked BTS/Cell/TRX

2) Service Impact Alarms such as :

Equipment Alarms, e.g.: VSWR, DULNA, COBA

Quality Alarms, e.g.: BTS with no transactions, No Call within

predefined period3) TCH Availability cell hourly data for more than one day period is
