and provides users with access to essential information on each of
their hotels, quickly and easily.
GuestCentrix G-Pad integrates directly with GuestCentrix PMS.
Versatile, lightweight and easy to use, G-Pad is the ideal tool for

You can view extensive detail on each property, including
Availability Forecasts, for any period in the future, just as you can
back at the Hotel.
The information that you require is in a Report? No problem – any of
the Reports in the GuestCentrix system that are configured to be
available in your profile can be retrieved and shown on the screen.
If a user was, for example, looking at a Room Status display, they
could click on the underlined room number to see further details on
the room, including pictures.

G-Phone
GuestCentrix’s G-Phone WebApp has been crafted for Apple’s
iPhone, and provides you with access to essential information on
each of your hotels, quickly and easily.
The Application is set up on your iPhone with the GuestCentrix icon.
Clicking it connects you to your GuestCentrix system, where you will
be required to log in, with a User name and Password that you
choose.
If you have more than one hotel in your Group you will then be
required to select the Hotel that you want to connect with from a
drop down list. You can select another Hotel at any time from the
list.
Navigation is via a simple menu, designed for the iPhone screen,
which takes you to each application with a single click. To get back
to the menu you click the Logo button in the top left of the screen ,
its that simple.
Status – shows you the essential status of the property. The
numbers are read from the system when you click the button, so
they are right up to date.

G-Queue
GuestCentrix’s G-Queue WebApp has been crafted for Apple’s iPad,
and provides you with essential information to enable you to handle
check-in processing without being tied to the Reception Desk. It’s a
queue buster!
The main screen shows the expected check-ins for the specified day,
so that users can quickly locate the reservation of the Guest that
they wish to check in.
Of course, if they wish to change the allocated room number, that
can be done by clicking the Change button, to get a list of available
rooms to choose from.
Just click the Check-In button to check-in the guest. If you have an
electronic door locking system you will then be prompted for the
number of keys, and any other essential information. The Check-In
is then completed quickly and easily, and you will receive a message
confirming that the Check-In has been successfully completed, and
the keys can be handed to the Guest.
GuestCentrix’s Channel Manager System provides Management,
Visibility, and Control of the information being exchanged between
Internet Booking Channels and your GuestCentrix Property
Management System, for individual Hotels or Hotel Groups.
Communicating with Web Booking Engines.
GuestCentrix provides channels to connect with individual web sites
(and your own web site may be one such channel), Channel
Managers, which distribute and gather bookings from many other
web sites, and Global Distribution Systems (GDS), often related to
Airlines. You may have one or more such channels operating at any
one time, and the challenge is to bring them together on one screen
to manage them. Channel Manager facilitates this with a common
database that maps and controls the GuestCentrix connections with
those channels, and GuestCentrix OTA compliant channel interfaces
work through that database.

Channel Manager
Code Mapping
Most web booking engines will
use codes for items such as room
types, and these may not match
yours. Furthermore they may have
several room types, which need to
be mapped to one of yours, or you
may have several room types that will be shown on the web as one.
The Channel Manager facilitates this by proving a set of code table
set up and mapping controls.

last hour, last day, last week and the last month. In this way you can
see all the Channel activity on one screen

Channel Manager
Once you can see how your inventory is actually being sold across
the Channels, you may want to adjust the amount of inventory by
channel, and the rate at which it is being sold. This is particularly
important so that selling your inventory across those web channels
does result in selling them at the BEST rate, not at the lowest rate.
Channel Manager provides you with two simple control pages to
achieve that. The first provides for daily controls of inventory and
rate, allowing you to set the number of rooms by type being made
available to each channel for each hotel. The rate at which they are
being sold is similarly controlled. This daily control is important over
periods such as Christmas or School Holidays, where close control is
required.
The alternative control provides for the control of inventory and
rates across a wider date range, by setting the counts and rates to a
specific value, or by adjusting them up or down by an amount. In
practice you would use both. Use the second, date range, control
set rates and inventory for (eg) summer, then use the daily one to
handle holidays or key trading periods.

Housekeeper
GuestCentrix’s Housekeeper via the iPad, or other wireless devices,
allows users to view and update room statuses in real time. This
saves the hassle of using static paper reports.
A key benefit of Housekeeper is the time it will save your staff.
Rather than having to go back to the office to update room statuses,
or call reception etc. this can be done in real time with a simple
push of a button.
Users are able to view rooms via floor, room number, room type
and occupancy status.
Room Attendant Scheduling is also available via the iPad. This allows
users to see what rooms have been allocated to staff for clearing .
Apart from the key housekeeping component of room status
updates Housekeeper also provides information on Arrivals,
Departures, Recent Check-Outs, Next Arrivals, Special Requests, and
the Blocking Chart.
There is direct integration with GuestCentrix Repairs &
Maintenance, which means that if any rooms require a Work Order
to be logged , this can be done directly through Housekeeper.
