pithy quote

mozilla

Our understanding of learning is colored by our cultural upbringing. Unfortunately, we’re were taught certain dynamics - the teacher knows more than we do, they are the authority, I’m stupid, screwing around is bad, failing is worse, don’t pass notes, don’t talk to strangers and don’t

cheat - all of these things (and more) are stored in our lizard brains, but none of them make a lot of sense when looked at through modern,

(Mozillian) eyes:

We’re all learning together, sometimes I’m the authority sometimes you are, we’re all smart/stupid together, hanging out, messing around, geeking out leads to innovation, I learn from failing, where are the post its?, talk to as many people as possible, perspectives shape your work, remix and

attribute.
