SURFACE PREPARATION • Apply the product to a surface that is clean, dust-free, grease-free and dry. To remove stains and marks of pollution use Guard Cleaner Eco ® Polluted Facades, while for efflorescence, laitance or concrete bloom use Guard Remover Eco ® Efflorescence & Cement. APPLICATION TOOLS APPLICATION• Use product neat - do not dilute. • Shake container well before use. Test first. • The surface must be impregnated from the bottom up until saturation in a single layer or in two layers «wet on wet». • Avoid applying too thickly. Remove any excess before it dries. • Protect for 24 hours until dry. • Optimal performance is achieved after 7 days. COVERAGE• Approximately 4 to 7 m²/litre. Application using HVLP spray : • Working from the the bottom up, apply not more than 2 to 4 mutually perpendicular layers depending on the desired appearance. • Do not apply too thickly. • Drying time between layers: 15 minutes. Application with brush and roller : • Working from the bottom up, apply 2 or 3 coats by brush, spreading the product so that it is not too thick. • If brush marks are visible, smooth with short-haired roller. • Drying time between coats: 30 minutes. • Protect for 24 hours until dry. • Optimal performance is achieved after 7 days.
