Each Associate has to present a perfect plan to the customer

Green Card Purchase plan is not an Investment scheme or Share

manipulation.

Green Card Plan is a simple purchase process

in which customer purchase the Biodiesel from Green Celsius and

does not deliver the actual Biodiesel.

1 unit = 60 Liters = 2500 RsPrice and Quantity Subject to Market Situation

1 unit of biodiesel is sold for Rs. 2500 and contains 60 liter of biodiesel.

N units = N × 2500Ex. 40 Units (Biodiesel) = 40 × 2500 = Rs. 100000

Any customer can purchase any numbers of units of Biodiesel costing in the multiples of Rs.2500.

The fund given by the customer will be utilized by green Celsius to purchase the biodiesel from Open Domestic market.

The Biodiesel purchased will be sold by Green Celsius in the open market.

One Purchase and one sell of Biodiesel from Green Celsius termed as 1 Cycle.

Completion of One cycle gives us the benefit of Rs. 120 for 1 Unit i.e. 60 Liters (2 Rs/Liter).

Post Completion of 50 cycle customer is eligible to receive Rs. 4000 in response to Rs. 2500 given by him.

What is Green CardGreen card is a magnetic Smart card given to the customer with the Purchase receipt of Biodiesel. It has a unique user ID and password which enables the user to access the card for different purpose viz.

1)Purchase of Biodiesel from Green Celsius Authorized fuel station.2)Withdrawal of Money from Green Celsius authorized banking outlet.3)For purchasing of products from Green Celsius authorized outlet.4)Refund from Green Celsius authorized outlet.

LOCK In Period

Lock in period is the duration in days in which customer cannot ask for the refund of his amount given to Green Celsius for the purchase of Biodiesel. If the lock in period is over and 50 cycles for the sell are still not completed then only the customer can ask for the refund of his amount.The standard Lock In period is decided for 90 days.

Refund Before maturity

Lock In Period is over and 50 cycles are not completed and customer decides to withdraw his amount then, the prematurity refund can be given to the customer in following manner.

1)Amount equal to 60 Liters of Biodiesel (Considering the rate of Biodiesel at the time of refund).2)Deducting processing fee of Rs. 500 per unit from his actual amount paid to Green Celsius for the purchase of Biodiesel. 3)Or 60 liters of Biodiesel if he opts for refund.

Deductions

TDS will be deducted from the benefit given to the customer as per the Tax slabs.

Benefit will be given to the customer only after completion of 50 Cycles. If the 50 cycles are completed within the Lock In period customer will be provided with the maturity amount. After 90 days. And if the 50 cycles are not completed within the Lock in period customer has to wait till the completion of 50 Cycles.
