Since February 2018 we’ve sold more than 20,000 Tampliners, been nominated for innovation awards, and were named one of Dezeen’s top 10 most forward-thinking designs for women. We’re now expanding our product oer, scaling up in the UK and planning our launch across Europe. We’re looking to bring more amazing people together to reinvent femcare and bust the period taboo, keeping innovation at the core of our mission. We’re searching for a growth marketing manager to build on the momentum we’ve created so far and help propel us into the next phase of success What you’ll do. We’d like you to: Grow our subscription customer base by creating, planning, optimising and analysing the performance of all paid ads on Google, Facebook, and other ad platforms Work closely with our business intelligence team on attribution models, user segmentation and bidding LTV/CAC calculations to measure campaign and channel performance against KPIs, and make data- driven decisions Develop new creative and copy to keep digital assets fresh and relevant, working collaboratively with our internal creative team

What you’ll do. We’d like you to:

• Implement growth hacks to increase site conversion, partnering with our online platform team • Generate customer growth ideas to initiate and carry out experiments and iterative tests • Continuously test and explore existing and new territory and channels • Explore new opportunities for innovation and testing via emerging tech, new partners, and platforms;

proactively deliver recommendations to management and the broader team • Stay up to date with the ever-changing industry to evaluate and identify new partners and technology

Who you are. We definitely want you to:

• Have a couple of years of acquisition marketing under your belt, ideally in consumer subscription products or services

• Have made a measurable impact on growing customers or communities at scale, quickly • Have a comprehensive understanding of digital acquisition channels, specifically Google AdWords and

all paid social platforms • Have a strong sense of ownership and accountability • Be a mobile-first marketeer with mobile acquisition experience • Be naturally collaborative and have experience of successful cross-team work with product/dev and

creative teams • Be a curious self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset • Be adaptable and work well in a constantly changing environment • Be highly driven and ambitious while working well as part of a team • Be sociable with a great sense of humour (we take our work seriously but not ourselves) • Be personally motivated by our mission to reinvent femcare and bust the period taboo

And we’ll be delighted if you:

• Have experience in ATL and events to drive sales • Have experience in building models to forecast results
