General Information
PARKINGNew Holland does not have a dedicated parking lot. Nearby lots are available as shown on the map below. Please obey all posted traffic and parking signs.
Please let us know if you would like valet parking (available 4pm–1am Friday and Saturday).

DEPOSIT & MINIMUMSTo reserve any of New Holland’s event spaces, a $500 deposit and signed contract is required to hold the space and date (with the exception of the Butcher’s Table and Barrel Stave Loft [non-private], which is $150). Prices, menu and availability are subject to change without notice.
Private events are subject to a minimum food and beverage requirement. Minimums range depending on the day of the week and the rental space. Minimums do not include gratuity, rental, extra charges or tax. If minimums are not met, the difference is added to the final bill as a room charge.

Policies and Guidelines
GUEST COUNTHost must provide New Holland with a final guest count at least 10 days prior to the event date.
SERVICE CHARGESA 6% Michigan sales tax will be added to the final food and beverage bill. Tax-exempt guests must notify New Holland prior to the event.
Please be aware that an automatic gratuity of 19% will be added for group events.
FOOD AND BEVERAGEHost must provide a food preorder at least 10 days prior to the event date. Additional food may be ordered during the event, but must be ordered off the banquet menu and must be on one tab. No individual guest food orders may be placed at the time of the event or be on separate tabs.
New Holland offers a range of menus to choose from in order to provide the best dining experience. See pages 6–9 for menu options.
Outside beverages are not allowed on New Holland premises (non-alcoholic included).
Outside food is not allowed on New Holland premises, with the exception of celebration cakes from a licensed bakery. There will be a $1/person cake cutting fee (includes plates, napkins, silverware).
Please notify New Holland of any food or beverage allergies, as well as any serious health constrictions. It is not the responsibility of New Holland to adjust the accommodations, but may do so if notified prior to the event.
Remember, at no time will anyone under the legal drinking age of 21 be able to consume alcohol. If a minor consumes alcohol on premise, you will be asked to leave without refund of payment. It is New Holland policy to alert authorities if this occurs.
PAYMENTPayment in full is expected at the conclusion of the event. No separate food checks. Payment may be made by cash, check, or major credit card.
CANCELLATIONSIf cancellation is made less than 5 full business days prior to the event, parties will be charged 50% of total food charges that the invoice states.
MISCELLANEOUSAll decorations must be approved by New Holland management and removed by the guest at departure. Use of confetti, chocolate fountains or large open flames is not permitted.
Bands, DJs and other forms of music are prohibited without prior approval by New Holland.
Guests are responsible for any damages to property as a direct result from your event. New Holland is not responsible for any damages to your personal property or lost or stolen items.

General Information
LINENS — $5 each
Linens come in black. However, if you would like a specific color then please let the event manager know and arrangements can be made. Additional charges may apply.
ADDITIONAL A/V — $25
BEVERAGESOPEN BARAllows any alcohol ordered to be placed on the host’s tab. Host may specify a time limit on the duration of the open bar.
CASH BARGuests are responsible for their own beverages. Each guest will be presented with a check from the server at the end of the event and can pay with cash or credit card.
DRINK TICKETSNew Holland can provide host drink tickets to be dispersed as they wish to guests. Host can request as many drink tickets as they would like. Drink tickets that are used towards beverages will then be added to the host’s final bill.
PRESET BAR LIMITAny alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages will be placed on the host’s tab up to a desired amount. Staff will advise host when the tab is close to the desired amount. Once the host’s tab reaches the desired amount, guests will pay for their own drinks.
SODA STATIONPerfect for the little ones and non-drinkers. Per thirty guests, the cost is only $75 for unlimited soft drinks.
TABLE SET UPTables can be set up any way that best fits your group. New Holland can do tables of 4, 6, 8, family style, or classroom style. Please note on the event contract what works best and we will have it ready to go when you arrive.

Our stationed service is four tables set up around the room with pairing stations at each table. Each station can be thoughtfully paired with either one or two beers from our most current beer menu. The effect is a beer and food pairing experience to evoke conversation, entertain, and allow your guests a chance to stop and taste. Custom pairing stations available through our Culinary Director. Minimum of 25 people.
