AQUA - Aqua Aerobics is aimed at increasing generalfitness, strength and body toning using resistance createdfrom moving in and through the water. Aqua classes are 45minutes.

BODYBALANCE ® - Combines the disciplines of Yoga,Tai Chi and Pilates with dynamic moves. The emphasis in thisclass is on controlled, concise movements and relaxation.

BODYCOMBAT ® - An addictive mix of kick boxing, tai chiand self-defence that will leave you feeling energised, strong,confident and on top of the world.

BODYPUMP ® - A low impact, complete body workoutusing specifically designed barbells. This class is perfect fortoning your body whilst working your cardiovascular system atthe same time.

BODYSTEP ® - The perfect workout for your butt andthighs. This class is ideal for those who want to increase theirfitness levels.

BOXACISE - A circuit style class introducing boxingtechniques and utilises punching bags, speedballs plusother boxing and fitness equipment. Boxacise is excellent forimproving fitness levels..

CIRCUIT - Circuits are a steady paced, progressive weightsworkout to music, excellent for regaining muscle strength,mobility and general fitness.

DEEP AQUA - A more challenging aquatic workoutconducted in the diving pool (depth 3m+). With theassistance of flotation belts, Deep Aqua is a more intenseworkout. Aqua classes are 45 minutes.

DEEP WATER RUNNING (DWR) - A non-impact aquatic-running workout conducted in the diving pool (depth 3m+).DWR is an awesome aquatic workout providing you with allthe benefits of ‘pounding the pavements’ without the jarringimpact. Aqua classes are 45 minutes.

FITNESS CHALLENGE - An energetic class combiningaerobic exercises, free weights and weight machines in anenergising workout. An excellent class for building musclestrength, body toning and improving general fitness.

FREESTYLE DANCE - Combines aerobic energy usingdance movements from basic to intermediate levels (45 mins).

H.E.A.T. - High Energy Aerobic Training. This is freestyleaerobics at its hottest. All go and no slow, a total cardiomeltdown.

SPIN - Our stationary cycling class; high intensity cardioworkout.

How We Track Class Performance

Yellow Flag - Class has below ideal attendanceRed Flag - Should attendance not increase within 6 weeks,

class may be cancelledNote: No tickets will be issued after the scheduled start

time of the class. No Ticket, no entry to the class.

LITE SPIN - A gentler paced cycling class with 30-45 minsof actual riding time. With an emphasis on technique andset up of the bike. These classes are open to our Fab LivingMembers.

PILATES - Improve your core strength by concentrating onmuscle control & correct breathing patterns through smoothflowing movements. The ancient method is utilised to improveyour core stability, posture, balance & flexibility.

STRETCH AND STABILISE - A class designed to introduceparticipants to the principles of core stability & to reinforce the

importance of stretching.TAI CHI - Ancient style of gentle exercise for the mind andbody. Engross yourself in peace and relaxation using this1000 year old practise.

YOGA (Hatha Yoga) This class teaches the posturaltechniques and controlled breathing of yoga. It introducesmeditation techniques and will leave you feeling refreshed andperhaps even enlightened.

YOGA (G/I) A General/Intermediate class where someexperience is preferred. This class is not recommended forpregnant women.

YOGA (Gentle) emphasis on gentle and deep relaxation.ZUMBA - fuses hypnotic latin rhythms and easy to followmoves to create a one of a kind fitness program that will blowyou away.
