Build and Burn A strength based workout that focuses on form, major muscle groups and leaves you with a better understan-ding of proper weightlifting.
Quick Core15 straight minutes of core work using a variety of different exercises using upper, lower and oblique muscles.
SculptThis full-body workout incorporates moderate-intensity cardio and strength training to tone your legs, booty, arms, back, and abs!
Triple ThreatThis class includes a combination of cardio, strength and core in a fun, engaging workout that can be done from home! No equipment required.
Yoga & Sunrise YogaClass is designed to gradually introduce alignment and yoga postures as well as relaxation techniques. Within a flowing sequence of postures, this class focuses on alignment, balance, and concentration. Participants will increase strength and flexibility.
Zumba®We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensi-ty and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.
