Digfootings.Lateral(lefttoright)footingspanslistedonpage4(bottom).Fronttorearfootingspanslistedinanglechartsonpage4(top).Refertoengineeringreportsforfootingspecs.

Assemblere-usablegradestakes(ProSolarmetalgradestakekitshown).Recommend2”x4”verticalsupport.Use ½” drill bit and 9/16” socket to attach gradestakekitto2”x4”.Attach1”x4”woodenhorizontalsupportusing3-1/2”(min.)C-clamps.Gradestakekitincludes:24”threadedmetalstake,aluminumspacerblock,boltandwasher.

Placehorizontal1-1/2”schedule40galvanizedwaterpipewithslip-onHollaender®Tees.AdjustC-clampsasnecessarytolevelpipe.

Restrailontopofhorizontalpipes.Runstringlevelontoporbottomtoaligntopsofsupportrails.FastenrailinplacebyusingGroundTrac®drillguidealongtopandbottomofhorizontalpipes.DrillU-boltlockingholesinplace.Leaveatleastonedrillguideattachedafterdrillingtokeeprailinplace.

InsertU-boltintolockingrailholesandplaceDrop-N-Lockinsertintotherail.Removeremainingdrillguideandproceedwithotherrails.

Removegradestakes.Tightenallteesetscrewsto17ft-lbswithtorquewrench.Installremainingrails,evenlytighteningU-boltnuts.

Pre-assembleclampinghardwareandinstallsolarmodulesandEZrailendcaps.Install1-1/2”plasticpipeendcapsforschedule40pipeasnecessary.
