• It is something about the person who had good features, inner beauty and a charm which means a pleasing personality.

• Example: A person should be well-mannered in his style and should be dressed professionally.

in any organization . It is very important for creating

an image of us in any mind. Example: A person should have

a good command over language like Hindi and English. Grammar and pronunciation should be perfect. He or she should have knowledge in every aspects.

• Grooming affects the factors like wearing formal clothes, make-up’s, physical fitness and personal hygiene.

• Example: Grooming also reflects the personality of the person. Well groomed person looks confident.

• It is something about thinking all the problems and mistakes as positively and further thinking to avoid such a mistakes

• The time is precious in this industry.• Our time and punctuality is very

important.• Example: Time doesn’t waits for

anyone. Famous quote written in Tokyo bus stop : “only bus stops here. not time”. So one should be perfect in time.

Personal Grooming Treatment

• First I wash up my face with cold water in morning.• And then I have warm water with lime juice.• After that I brush my teeth and take bath.• After taking my bath I have my breakfast which is

suitable for my diet.• Then I get ready for my work.• Then in afternoon I come to Frankfinn and after leaving

from Frankfinn I go home and have some snacks at home.

• After having my dinner by 9pm then I go for a small walk.• Before going off to sleep I brush my teeth.• Once in a week I apply mixture of multani mati and

chandan powder with rose water.

Normal Skin

• Normal skin has an even tone, soft, a smooth texture, non-visible pores or blemishes.

• This type of skin has a clear, fine texture, supple and smooth surface which is neither greasy nor dry.

Dry Skin

• Dry skin has a low-level of sebum and can be prone to sensitivity.

• It usually feels “tight” and uncomfortable after washing unless some type of moisturizer is applied to it.

• Chapping and cracking are sign of extremely dry, dehydrated skin.

Oily Skin

• Oily skin is shiny, thick and dull colored.

• It is prone to blackheads.• In this type of skin the oil

producing glands are over active and produce more oil than is needed.

Combination Skin

• A combination skin is a thin nor fine-texture skin.

• It reacts quickly to both heat and cold.

• It is commonly dry, delicate and prone to allergic reaction.

• I have an Oily skin.• I have an occasion acne and

blackheads.• For my type I apply Oil clear face

wash.• Half an hour before taking bath I

apply half teaspoon of lime juice on my face.

• Normal hair is neither greasy nor dry.

• Normal hair holds its style and look most of the time

• Dry hair don’t have enough moisture and oil to maintain its normal texture.

• Dry hair are basically very rough textured.

• Very difficult to comb.

Oily Hair

• Oily hair are very greasy which accumulate oil on your hair and scalp.

• Oily hair basically looks very sticky.

Combination Hair

• Combination hair are neither greasy nor dry.

• It looks like normal hair, overly porous.

• Difficult to comb in wet hair and dry hair.

• I have a combination hair.• Combination is normal and dry hair.• A good hair cut is very important to

control combination hair.• I don’t use comb in wet hair.• I use shampoo alternative day.

• It is very important to present yourself as a professional because the company has to be convinced that you are mature.

• The first impression is the last impression.

• A well groomed personality speaks value about your character.

Conclusion

I am very thankful to the Frankfinn Institute for giving me the opportunity to learn how to be groom well and to develop personality, communication skill and well mannered and to respect time. I have learned how to maintain and improve skin, hair and

to be well groomed.

I am extremely thankful to our grooming teacher, to make us learn how to groom well. I thank you for making me learn all this.
