Falls Arrival by: Theo Flores

Cold, peaceful fall breeze invites itself unexpectedly into sum-mer days drifting upon vast, towering, harmless trees there col-orful decorative ornaments seize to pry on any longer, pushed by the gentle breeze they fall. Striping the trees of there closure. The slithering winds touch the ruff exterior its cold phases it not, perplexing it slowly but surely the branches are intertwined by the vast, careful bliss of the wind. Traveling wind invites clouds as well. The grey moist clouds invade the night’s sky blind the thousand of glistening eyes that watch over earth. All but the full moon is left its rays beaming at the silent land. The grey ominous clouds deplete all light from the helpless moon raveling it in its deceiving cloak. The sky’s sorrow possesses endless abyss con-suming all in dark sin thus spawns watery, salty tears into there inevitable fate that’s been bestowed upon them the striped noc-turnal trees are refreshed and calmed by the weeping sky’s gener-ous gift of deep pathos and pains exertion. As the trees revel in the cold, slithery slimy tears that invade there roots progressing upon there body’s seeking to pleasure and give life. The weep-ing of the sky’s has ended the grey persistent clouds fled from sight revealing a clear blue horizon which the sun ascends from. Beams of light spread thru out the land cold winds continue to pass. Faint converting birds have awakened thru the distance of land. The birth of fall days has been born.

Spring

Smooth, gental, fragil, red roseBloom slowly and paciently under the sun endlesslyRadiating its everlasting light to nuture all life intended. The fast light reflects off the watery leaves of the after-math of The cold, dead, icy winter that had petrified all life of Earth.Perspiring trees left to thaw thoughout the shadey woods. Soft breeze provokes the moist flowers and roses to dance gracefullyUpon its behalf following the tall green grass in unison.Birds of all kinds to return to their dwellings covering fragments of sky singing happily for they are home. Creatures of the ground wake slowly to their singing.Blissful birds they prosper through out the land compleating the cycle...Winter has bid us farewell. Thus the Earth has awoken to give life once more.

LovelessPrologueWhen the war of the beasts brings about the world’s endThe goddess descends from the skyWings of light and dark spread afarShe guides us to bliss, her gift everlasting

Act 1Infinite in mystery is the gift of the goddessWe seek it thus, and take it to the skyRipples from the water’s surfaceThe wandering soul knows no rest.

Act IIThere is no hate, only joyFor you are beloved by the goddessHero of dawn, Healer of worlds

Dream of the morrow hath the shattered soulPride is lostWings stripped away, the end is nigh

Act IIIMy friend, do you fly away now?To a world that abhors you and I?All that awaits you is a somber morrowNo matter where the winds may blow

My friend, your desireIs the bringer of life, the gift of the goddess

Even if the morrow is barren of promisesNothing shall forestall my return

Act IVMy soul, corrupted by vengeanceHath endured torment, to find the end of the journeyIn my own salvationAnd your eternal slumber

Legend shall speakOf sacrifice at world’s endThe wind sails over the water’s surfaceQuietly, but surely

Act VEven if the morrow is barren of promisesNothing shall forestall my returnTo become the dew that quenches the landTo spare the sands, the seas, the skiesI offer thee this silent sacrifice

Memories Weeping and gurgling on tears I crawl immobilized by the deep bleeding eternal wounds better in recollections the mock-ing laughter spits its warm, slimy concentrated truth on to my face. It delivers my emotions. Cold, demented stabs penetrat-ing my helpless organs bursting and leaking strongly ills my body and radiates warm, red blood, following sizzling yellow acids on to the floor, it travels to my back and neck. Tears fall fusing with my blood and acids creating a light red. How I yern and long for the memories that once were really new in faint memory. I lay in the winter’s cold grass next to my past friends tomb stones talking to the sky which is weeping with me.

Desire of moon The thousands of lights surrounding the bliss of the sky only one is brighter then the rest glisting in its loneliness. The moon once loved by the wolf, winter’s night had settled along with the snow while the lone wolf is erring upon the woods of the night. The cold mild wind blows passing through the wolf elegantly stroking through his white coat as he revels in his glory, for he can’t feel the cold, only his gentle presence. The faint crushing sound as the snow revels around his paw sinking through the white pasture. The moon’s harmless glow strikes the wolf ’s area as it is raveled among the clouds. The wolf looks up upon the moons agleam. His eyes reflect the gal-lant beautiful sight he is witnessing before him. The wolf takes his leave in the silent woods now apace. Leaping throughout the vast horizon of snow where the eloquent moon awaits him. The wolf meets the end of his world. The moon silently still, starring, waiting. The wolf questions his fall into in-finite, empty, dark below. The moon slowly decreases its night, extinguishes darkness below its path. The moon disappears; the wolf hesitates, and stops fearing his doom. The moon reaches for him as it sinks deeper. The wolf takes a leap with all of his bravery, questioning, and adrenaline pumping, falling with all speed, lands.

Descending in Discourse

My eyes unravel to thousands of the bright stars of night and gravity pushing me down to my doom. The night’s cold wind touches the surface of my body and face. I’m in panic rushing to my death, heart racing in-tensely, my ears mute sharp pain pricing my stomach, chest, and face. My blood boiling, hand shaking immensely I can barely breathe. Can’t stop it. I stop my body in shock although I’m sinking waters gently, slithery hands drag me down helplessly I can’t move. My heart beat slows but fear still resides slimy water envelopes my mouth, nostrils and lungs but yet still live I can only move my eyes, in dread of my fate. I can see black darkness con-suming the blurry stary night. Scaly skin touches my body and leaves slow-ly. Heart pumping faster. Darkness covered all light I am blinded. Water being consumed apace following my flimsy, emotionless body to the buried asunder. I am swallowed into the mouth of oblivion. I lay still in wet sand. White gloomy fog surrounds all sight only the calming sounds of waves crashing are all I hear. Cold hands of mist grab my limbs and ascend me to the sky, a woman’s hand reaches out from my misty surroundings

Th e Phoenix and

Vast wings diff using aft er covering the skies with bright glistening fl ames. Incinerating clouds in his way. A black track of ashes suff ocate the green life of the land below. In the horizon the phoenix had seen a sight not seen in centuries. A slithering serpent like character fl ying adjacent to the phoenix brushing through the clouds at intense speeds. Th e black like scales refl ect from the suns light. Th e phoenix’s fl ames intensity as the son dies. Th e winds change their course now pushing the phoe-nix away his fl ames consume the wind as it attempts to refl ect him. Th e dragons mouth conjures deep bright blue fl ames and blasts out in golfi ng the pastures below for the sun has subsided. Th e phoenix glides and lands on moist grass now vaporized by the intense heat of his presence. Waiting patently glaring at the enemy. Th e dragon halts himself close to the phoenix levitating in silence staring at him. Both stare with determination. Dark blue fl ames separate them. Th e phoenix’s talon slowly sinks in the soil of the earth then quickly turns, breaking and shift ing the ground under her talon.

Th e Dragon

Pieces of rocks burst and fl y under the dragon and then molting burning red fl ames escape under the shatter-ing boulders. Th e dragon perplexes the raging beam beneath him. Dark red fl ames engulfed the phoenix brighter as he taking fl ight burning in his path. Th e phoenix pulses lift the sky and land. Smoke and ash clouds the phoenix’s sight of the dragon. A black claw erupts form the smoke and black scaly bat like wings ap-pear. A deep growl shakes what’s left of the burnt tress around it. Th e smoke reveals the dragons metamorpho-sis no longer a slithering like form. Muscles pitch black scaly legs and arms bulging neck ridged razor sharp teeth demonic eye slits. He thrusts his giant claws into the earth capturing and taking a bolder his bones crack-le due to his underdeveloped form he heaves the great bolder at the phoenix. In retaliation the phoenix spirals downward against the bolder ribbons of red thick fl ame accompany his judgment to do so. Both the phoenix and bolder meet but the phoenix’s raging fl ames met and shatter the bolder leaving fl ames still attached to the scattered fragments. Th e phoenix still in speed motion

The dragon stops it in its place from burrowing into its heart in doing so it melts his flesh he opens his wide jaw releasing dark blue flame the phoenix releasing death-ly flames melts the dragons claws to most soft liquid. The dragons blast barely grazes the phoenix in flight. Claws decapitated the dragons last option as sacrifice. The phoenix reveling in its victory beside the moon re-leases its final flame. The dragons wings spread after leaping to take flight its final time conjuring emitting flames to burn his willing full flesh to turn to a skeletal form he exerts as much flame as possible to even bun the phoenix himself now in air he charges the phoenix dissolving all air to smoke. The phoenix creates its final flame breaking sound barriers they collide eviscerating all earth revealing the molten spherical organ of earth between the foes. Immense flame demolish slowly the dragon’s skeletal scalp and body. The phoenix’s feathers turn to ash along with it’s talons. Both resolve to burn-ing flame red and blue spirits ascend twining with each other as the sun arises to the eviscerated diseased Earth. The two gallant spirits erase into the sun’s horizon for-ever more.

Benighted Walking silently, slowly alone. Wind brushes against my face producing a paint red color. While mist is summoned as I exhale then scattered and erased into the wind. A woman shaped silhouette walking afar across from me slowly. Yet again she profounds my essenes. Who must she be walking in these hours of night? She disappears in the prodi-gious body of grass harboring the rocky trail which I am following. The winds stop silencing its melody causing the grass to seize its current. Nothing but the sound of crackling rocks beneath my steps is upon me now. Absolute darkness is all I see, I am blinded. A soft gentle whisper close to my ear “Don’t leave me”. I halt in paralysis. My heart begins to beat faster, my adrenaline increases, paranoia spews. A soft gentle hand grips my arm so cold. My arm flinches in terror. I shake uncontrollably breathing; I can only hear the pulsing on my heart. Her silhouette appears so close-ly to me, she reaches her icy cold dead hand on to my face as she stares deep into my soul and whispers into my ear with deep agony....”Why”.

Resting in the sand, silent, peaceful, it awakes by the pestering footsteps on its back arising in ranged fury it stares at the pitiful bystanders it opens its mouth to unveil thousands of teeth to consume them. It dives into the sand eating both them and the sand mercilessly. Traveling beneath the sand it reaches a small town strayed from existance. It spits blowing black poison at the innocent people melting them and blinding them loseing valuble senses. Then it grinds them into its mouth bones crackle against teeth its teeth bursting bodies fills its mouth with chewing de-light after the giant creature leaves the town wrecked an in flames.

Prov By Theo FloresWalking a pace in the muddy water, grey omonius clouds ingolf the sky as it growls de-monically below. Swords clinking against my belt. Boots highly tied as if it was binded to my skin. Quick flashes of bright blue light shimmers in the black night showing me to my destination in the towering mountains. Water pelts my skin making its way into the creveces of my armor and splicing with y sweat producing humid tension within the comfort of my body. Escilateing my way on the trail of the wet, slippery moutain. Two sides of the mountain stare at me dominately, making an endless circular path upward. The ground shakes intensly causing me to loose balence and fall hitting the floor a splash of dirty, cold thick mud splattered on my face causing the salty, bitter mud to enter my unwilling mouth. Sliding quickly down the path and take a knife from my left holster and stab the Earth. A monsterous slimy black claw slams and sinks into the sloshy ground creating radiating waves of the Earth to render me loose of my knife tossing me aside to slither down the spiraling trail. Echoes of its roaring rage is all I hear sliding on my back hitting gravel on my way down. Rolling backward, I stand grounded at the end of the path. Giant fragments of mountains thrown above me onto the open land behind me exposing the hidious repulsive monster. Yellow claws, oozing liquid, his foaming, drooling fangs open revealing a piercing red watery eye persperating a thick black siliva coming down its deformed jaw. Unshething my sword I conjure my aura into it. I carge quickly at the mon-ster breaking ground in my path. Red streaks of aura cloak me. The giant monster swings his law at me. I strike upward feeling jagged bones and flesh ripping on my way. My sword leaves his slaw and the decapitated piece of limb falls and splatters onto the ground. I fall losing my accendency. I hear the monster weeping and yelling in terror of its loss. It catch-es my flight down and throws me below cushined by the water. I survived dazed and con-fused. I lay beside the monster’s bleeding, parted claw. I slowly arise beneath the monster;s mysery and pinted my sword to the heavens calling forth Lithina’s soul.Thunder and lighting enter my eyes lifting my body. Souls of the demond scream and rip my flesh and entering my soul lances of light and darkness. Penetrating the monster’s feet piercing and holding him there. The monster’s mouth in his neck cries for mercy. His eye opens wide. I reach my hand out to the eye of the monster. Dark wind and lighting dances up and down my arm releasing power. Souls of the damed escape. My hand stabbing through... The last screams of the monster is silenced.
