(From a medieval Nath text ascribed to Krisna Murugan rendered into English by Mogg Morgan. This text forms an interesting addendum to a book entitled Treatise on the Arrow of Lust a poem of which entitled ‘Cunnilingus according to the Tamil Siddhas’ is published in Kamil V Zvelebil The Siddha Quest For Immortality. ) The author Krisna Murugan is an interesting character, an alchemist, sorceror and accomplished bard. His biography (Krisna-Carita - literary ‘Life Journey’), is full of discussions, sometimes arguments with real and astral shaktis. These

discussions are very lively and radical, for example at one stage the shakti says that, contrary to what it says in the celebrated erotic texts such as the Ananga Ranga and Kama Sutra, oral sex is often more successful if the man is less well endowed. On a safety note, modern experimentors might like to be sure that they cleanse their left hand thoroughly before moving onto to other sexual practices. This may be the rational for the common practice in Shri Rajneeshe’s ashram, where condoms and rubber gloves were standard tantrik equipment. Safe sex during any anal practice has, even pre-AIDS, always involved washing the penis fairly soon after sex and before proceeding further. It can be unhealthy to mix anal and vagina intercourse without such a precaution. That other practices follow those given below, is clear from the first line ‘come before me’ whereby the male participant has an orgasm before the main tantrik sexual rite, thus making his desire for orgasm less urgent in the more complicated rites to follow. The shakta may even be left to trance out for a while in order to obtain symbolic information for the main rite. It is obviously possible that this act of oral sex is the whole rite complete in itself. The first part of the author’s name shows him to have been a tantrik with an association with the Sahajivan sect. Murugan is the name of an ancient tribal deity of Tamil area - Murugan - the spear bearer. The above rendering is from a Sanksrit version of The Treatise. I have taken the liberty of using a modern idiom for some of the sexual terminology - a full word list is available on request.)

Ode to the Cock and Fanny

I really like my cockI like what it doesI like the way that each day it surprises me with its moodsSometimes calm and thoughtfulother swollen, straining against my trousers. At a word you're ready for anythingIn the presence of the yoniyou are always willing to offer your allYou are a religious iconworshipped in thousands of temples throughout the world. To see you gives me good luck You always comfort meif I am aloneI like to stroke youuntil the clear elixir begins to flowand I can run my fingers easilyover your head and neat shaft. If in the past I ever expressed regretat your shape or dimensionI take it all back nowyou are in every way perfect. You give me such pleasurewillingly and unreservedlyI love the feel of youand the way you fit so neatly in mylover's organStay with me alwayslead me into the ways of pleasurefor thine is the comedomthe stimulator and the messy onefor ever and evera man

The yoni repliesI really like my fannyI like what it doesI like the way that each day it surprises me with its moodsSometimes calm and thoughtfulother hot and wet dying to be touched.Sometimes a mere word gets me goingor the sight and feel of a hard cock

sliding near my legs, touching my clitoris with its wet tipAll offerings are acceptable to me, large or smallI am also a religious iconworshipped everywhereTo see me dispels all evil influences When you stroke me with a finger or tongueI quiver with excitementSoon the clear love juice flowsfrom me, from my lover, mouth and cockMouth, nipples and clitoris, these three are apieceI love the feel of you, finger inside, tongue in me.If when bloodied and bowed I think on youyou are in every way perfect.Thrust hard into me, or let me gentle slide over your cockI don't mind, I love it all waysStay in me and I will lead you in the ways of pleasurewith or without a condomfor ever and everyes

Cloud Messenger

Are there clouds where you are? There are clouds here now, many cloudsperhaps as the winds change they will move to the eastand by some obscure and tortuous routethese same clouds will pass over your headsuch was the thought of the ancient poetprecipitatng the misery of all separated lovers

Perhaps those same trade windsthat brought your ancestors will draw my cloud messengerdown, down toward the hot equatorwhere men, fearing the power of womencover themAs the cool evening comes, I look downon secret meetings, where, hair loosedwomen sweat, and convulsing their bodiescall demon lover’stheir great black tresses hang down,I blow them a kiss and reveal myselffor an instant, a patch of moist emotion,in their dryness

Now a long journeyover nameless oceanswhere old ones ruleguided by instinctDarkness below me,unfamilar stars above meI am a feint trace of consciounesstrying to touch somethingin all this darkness

Call meand guide me inLet me come
