This project was part of an undergraduate studio that was dealing with developing a narrative. The idea behind the project came from the desire to enhance the processional experience between the public realm and the theatre, and to expose the inner workings of a theatre and artists’ studio.

finnish Bath house
This project was part of an undergraduate studio that was dealing with systems integration. The program was to include a bath house that emphasized the heat - Cool - rest process. i separated the ephemeral bath house program from the urban program. The project then became an exercise in connecting these two opposing elements, and designing the ‘in-between’ spaces.

Design-BuilD Pavilion
This project was a Freelab project from the summer of 2017 situated at the Spryfield Community Garden. It was a joint project by Dalhousie university, united Way, and the Family resource institute, designed and built by graduate and undergraduate architecture students. The project was primarily designing and implementing a composting toilet on the site that would replace a chemical toilet that was existing.

quinPool elementary sChool
This project was part of a Public architecture studio, where we were tasked with designing a school to go on the site of the old st. Patrick’s school on quinpool and Windsor. This was a group project, and i worked with a fellow classmate, darren Fransen. our challenge was to continue the urban fabric without taking away the park that the site has become. This became an exercise in process development.
