9. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL MAINTAIN CLEAN/CLEAR WALKWAYS, WORK AREAS, & ADJACENT SPACES ACCESSED FORCONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES.
10. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROTECT FROM DAMAGE EXISTING BUILDINGS, OWNERS EQUIPMENT, ROADWAYS,SIDEWALKS, & UTILITIES. CONTRACTOR SHALL MAINTAIN THEM DURING THE COURSE OF WORK & SHALL REPAIR ALLDAMAGES AT THE CONTRACTOR'S OWN EXPENSE.
