One of the ministries we will be doing as an
association, on Saturday, May 18th, for our
Jerusalem First Mission Day, is passing out
food boxes. While this is happening, we plan
to have people here, also sharing the Gospel.
We need your help! Our GCBA office will be
the central location for the food boxes being
distributed on May 18th. How can you help?
We need our churches to begin taking up non
-perishable foods now, in order to have enough
food for our Jerusalem First Mission Day. We
will also need people to help pack and distrib-
ute those boxes.
You may begin dropping off food at our of-
fice anytime between the hours of 9:00 a.m.
until 1:00 p.m., Monday’s through Friday’s.
Some of the items we suggest you collect are;
Mac and cheese
Rice
Beans
Oatmeal
Spaghetti noodles and sauce
Canned vegetables
Muffin mixes
Gravy mixes
soups
The next Adults on Mission meeting will be
Thursday, April 4th, at 10:30 a.m., with a pot-
luck to follow. Stanford Baptist Church will
host the meeting. The Featured Guest Speaker
will be former NAMB Church Planter, Bro.
Sunny Williams. The Poe’s will bring our spe-
cial music. We hope you will join us! This is
not just for women, it’s for everyone. Come
hear what is going on in N. E. Arkansas!

Children’s Mission Weekend
We saw over 180 in attendance this year, at our annual, “Children’s
Mission Weekend” at Cedar Glade. Our Leaders did a wonderful job prepar-
ing a fantastic program, and everyone seemed to really enjoy themselves.
The Children’s Mission Weekend is always a great prelude to children’s
camp, which is July 7-11. A special thank you to everyone who worked so
hard, to make the weekend a great success.
“Jerusalem First” May 18, 2018
I am tremendously excited that, once again, we are back in the saddle with “Jerusalem First.”
When it comes to our evangelistic efforts, we should start in our own backyards, before traveling to
other parts of our mission fields (Judea, Samaria, and the uttermost). On May 18, there will be
