This package helps you explore whether your investments in specific programs and employee benefits are truly aligned with employee values and interests. Be proactive and stay ahead of the curve!

Supplement your annual survey with additional mini-surveys throughout the year WHEN it makes sense to you. Whether you choose specific intervals throughout the year, and/or time your surveys before or after a large event like a merger or the introduction of a new business process – either way, it lets your organization be more aware of/and manage changes as they happen.

If you didn’t choose to do the Pulse Option upfront when you registered for the GPTW program, we’ll contact you midway through the survey year to see if you want to opt-in for the Pulse. We want to help ensure that you don’t miss out on any critical happenings at your organization.
