Thermo black-out films to be heat-laminated in between two substrates.

They bond with a large variety of materials ” Fabrics, Nonwovens and Papers”.

While Faitech 143-195-275 films are thermo-laminated, the 2 white external thermo-adhesive layers will melt and bond to the surface of the substrates. Due to the higher melting point, the inner layer remains compact without pin-holes and assures the total black-out barrier.

Additionally FAITECH 275 resists to sublimation print high temperature and provides a really good blooming barrier to the sublimation inks.

FAITECH 143 -195 Available also in large width (up to 3.000 mm).

FAITECH 275 is available up to 1800 mm

Back-lit diffusion layer

Light-diffusion properties of laminated materials

Two-layers thermoplastic film to be heat-laminated onto a substrate.

It bonds with a large variety of materials: i.e. Fabrics, Nonwovens and Papers.

While the film is heated, the thermoplastic adhesive layer starts to melt and bonds to the surface of textile fabrics and the top layer remains closed, improving the spreading of the light behind the laminated and

printed advertising material in back-lit frames. The laminated structure will keep a good elasticity, needed for fixing in the frames.

It’s scratchproof and it provides a good water/oil/dust proofness.

Varnish effect

Two-layers thermoplastic film to be heat-laminated onto a substrate.

It bonds with a large variety of materials: i.e. Fabrics, Nonwovens, Papers, Wood, Plastics, etc.

The film can be use as it is or it could be printed on the thermo-adhesive layer by digital printing ( solvent or eco-solvent inks).

The film can be thermo-laminated to the substrate providing:• nice glossy effect• scratch proofness

• water-oil-dust proofness.• Easy cleanable surface

Chromatic effect on laminated materials

Metallized substrate in between 2 thermoplastic layers to be heat-laminated onto a substrate.

It bonds with a large variety of materials: i.e. Fabrics, Nonwovens and Papers.

While the film is heated, the thermoplastic adhesive layer starts to melt and bonds to the surface of textile fabrics and the metallic side remain protected by top layer.

The process is solvent free. The laminated structure will keep a good metallized surface effect. Mirror-like aspect on solid substrates.

Possible sublimation printing on Top protective layer to create fashionable images & designsIt provides a good water/oil/dust proofness.
