Pre-Award Services

development.

• Services– Assist in proposal development and submission– Cayuse Management – Review and negotiate research-related grants

and contracts– Preparing Budgets– Registering for GRC, COS and SpinPlus

Post-Award Management

• Debbie Gibson • Purpose– Provides financial and accounting infrastructure for awarded

sponsored projects.

• Services– Oversee financial management of grants and

contracts– Receive awards and establish accounts– Ensure compliance with expenditure regulations– ECRT (Time and Effort)

Technology Commercialization

• Brandon Reynolds• Purpose– Encourages and supports UT Tyler inventors in moving viable

inventions from the lab to the market.

• Services– Protection of Intellectual Property– Facilitate the creation of spin-offs– Assist with licensing– Marketing to industry and investors
