Please see our Wedding Sales Manager for rates. Rental rates include the following: • Use of the space for 4 hours for your event with 2 additional hours available prior for vendor set up. Additional time may be added prior to your event for $200 per hour. • Foundry house linen of your color choices of black, ivory or white underlay & white or black overlay. • Table and banquet chairs for your event • Event space set up and clean up • Basic catering needs (glassware, silverware, china & white linen napkins) • Foundry centerpieces with votive candles • Bottle of Champagne or sparkling cider on cake table for bride and room • Banquet Captain and Service Team dedicated to your event • Complimentary self-parking The Booking Process Once you have decided on your date and space, your sales manager will send you a contract for your banquet space and hotel rooms (if applicable.) The contract gives you the first right of refusal should another client request your date and banquet space. After 14 days your signed contract along with a $200 deposit per banquet space reserved must be received in order to confirm your date and space, otherwise all banquet space and hotel rooms will be released to the next inquiry. The Foundry requires a $1,000 deposit. Should your event cancel once the deposit is paid, all payments are non-refundable or transferable. Schedule of Payments The initial deposit of $200 per banquet space ($1,000 for The Foundry) is due when you first sign your agreement; the next payment of 50% is due 30 days prior to the event. The final payment is due along with the final guaranteed number of guests one week prior to your event date. All payments are non-refundable. Ceremony Rehearsal Rehearsal times will be scheduled like any other event. We do offer you a complimentary time and space to rehearse, but you may have to work around other events. While we always try to accommodate rehearsals in the true ceremony location, we cannot always guarantee that your rehearsal space will be in the same space as your ceremony. Vendors We are happy to recommend vendors that have successfully worked with the Graduate Athens & The Foundry in the past, or you are welcome to provide your own florist, photographer, officiate, music, transportation, cake, or videographer! Please note that glitter and confetti may not be used in banquet spaces, and holes may not be put into walls. Transportation We are happy to offer two complimentary shuttle trips within a five-mile radius in our 12-guest shuttle van for wedding groups that have a hotel room block, wedding ceremony or reception at the hotel. Shuttle reservations are on a first-come, first served basis and cannot be guaranteed unless reserved. If transportation is required for your event, please arrange this with our front desk. Schedule for Planning Menu selections and planning can commence two to four months prior to your wedding. A detailed wedding planning checklist will be given prior to the meeting for your review. All booking and arrangements with your various vendors (i.e. photographers, musicians, etc.) should be finalized before this meeting. Your sales manager will need a list of all vendors including contact name and cell phone numbers. Typically this meeting is done in conjunction with the menu tasting if applicable.
