There are many verses (Ayaat) in the Holy Qur’an which interpret some other verses clearly.

There is no need of further explanation to understand those verses.

the Prophet (peace be on him) has made it clear that this wrong-doing signifies shirk

(associating others with God in His divinity).

The event cited in support of this inference is that during the Battle of the Ditch the

Prophet once so preoccupied with the problems posed by the siege of Madina, by the

polytheists, that he could not perform his 'Asr Prayer within the scheduled time. and the

time of sunset drew close. On that occasion the Prophet said:'God fill the graves and

houses of these people with fire. They have caused us to our wusta (mid-most) Prayer.'

This statement led people to believe that the expression 'mid-most Prayer' referred to

the 'Asr Prayer

leaders or nations but not as the plural of Umm (Mother)

There are different types of interpretation of the Holy Qur’an in the world. It promote better

understanding and implementation of the teachings of the Holy Qur’an in our life

The believers are asked to fight those who hindered their efforts in the

sought to fashion human life according to the revealed guidance of God.

Our scholars in every epoch worked diligently on interpretation, analyzation, collecting

information from various sources. I is resulted in the emergence of various methodologies,

schools and orientation of exegesis (Tafsir). Example; Kashaf of Al-Zamakshari,al-Bahr al -

Muhgit of Ibn Hayyan etc.

We have to check the validity of evidences and sources used for

interpretation by opinion of a scholar. The facts which are

explained in the interpretation should not be contradictory to the

Qur’nic verses and authentic resources which are generally

accepted by the renowned Islamic scholars.
