GPNE provides comprehensive “from the ground down” services to both the private and public sectors. GPNE works with clients from the budgeting and pre-construction phase straight through project completion.
Our ability to analyze designs and provide an expert opinion regarding constructability & longevity of the designed system allows us to create a sustainable solution unique to any project.
Total and Selective Demolition services are a GPNE core civil service. These services range from complete demolition of large structures with restoration to selective or partial demolition activities for restoration.
One of GPNE’s core services include construction, restoration and mitigation of streams and wetlands. Stream Bank Stabilization and erosion control applications including bioengineering installation, reforestation through the installation of native trees and shrubs, and seeding with specialty mixes.

GPNE was selected by The U.S. Border Patrol (USBP) El Paso Sector Headquarters (EPT) for vegetation control and debris removal Services for the USBP/EPT Tactical infrastructure along the U.S.-Mexico border in West Texas.
The scope of this project included removing vegetation along 48.8 miles of fence along the US – Mexico border and disposing of the debris offsite.
An important element of this project was the control of the invasive species, tumbleweed. This was accomplished by containerizing the tumbleweed debris and treating the stems with herbicide.
Additional activities included removal and disposal of debris found along the border fence.

GPNE is committed to ZERO injuries and our goal each day is to ensure that each of our employees and subcontractors return home each day in the same condition they came to work that morning.
All of our personnel have “stop work authority” and we employ behavior-based safety training techniques. All have a clear understanding of the skills, techniques, equipment and personnel required to plan and execute work assignments.
This combination of demonstrated operational experience and our strong emphasis on safety and extensive project knowledge ensures that our clients’ expectations are met.
It is a core value of GPNE that our team is our most important asset and the preservation of each person’s safety and health must remain a constant consideration in every phase of our business. We will provide the resources necessary to manage, control, or eliminate safety and health hazards for the behalf of our clients, our company and the families of all our team members.
Every person on the GPNE team is responsible for working safely and productively, as well as recognition and awareness of hazards in work areas or project sites. Team members are responsible for following established safe work practices. Accidents interfere with the orderly progress of our work and are indications of an inefficient operation. Therefore, we does everything within our power to motivate the proper attitude and behavior necessary toward health and safety for everyone associated with us.
It is the intent of GPNE to, at a minimum, comply with all local, state and federal safety standards, codes, and regulations. It is our belief that any safety and health program must have total employee involvement. Therefore, our program has the highest priority, support, and participation. We expect our team to perform their job in a safe manner in accordance with the procedures outlined in our safety program.
