Rajasthan Sampark portal launched in June 2014.
A revised enhanced version of portal “Rajasthan Sampark Helpline – 181” was
launched in August 2017, Integrated with 400 seater Contact Center at
Secretariat
Rajasthan Sampark Helpline 181, covers 33 districts and all government
departments, boards / corporations and educational institutions.
Multiple modes of grievance registration with functionalities of end to end
grievance management
One stop platform for citizens to lodge grievance, track status, send reminders,
feedback and request for reopening of grievances
Centralized real time basis dashboard for higher authorities for proper
monitoring of grievances
A standardized process comprising of various stages of grievance management
life cycle

A common infrastructure to storage and retrieval of heterogeneous data (both structured and
unstructured) to overcome the limitation of traditional Data Management System.
• Implementation of Use cases on unstructured data like Call Center Audio files, Face Recognition,

Provides efficient electronic service delivery of G2G, G2C and G2B services, to enable various State

IP Phone facility across Rajasthan mainly over RajSWAN, SecLAN and RajNET up to Panchayat level of
the State Government offices to support the routine administration operations and direct interactions
at ground level for better governance

Video Walls in each Panchayat Samitis of the State for broadcast of various initiatives taken by

Rajnet Captive OFC:
Robust, reliable, secure and scalable OFC network to offer high speed connectivity and bandwidth
to resident government officers, various camera locations at District Headquarters, and Wildlife
Surveillance & Anti Poaching System implemented in selected reserve forests of the state.
