Two Governments and two Parliaments.

The Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act of 1900 (UK) refers to Government

as the “Government of the Commonwealth”

Yet we receive mail from the “Australian Government” … who are they?

So which is it?… Do we go by the Constitution of 1900? … Or do we presume that everything

is OK?

The Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act of 1900 (UK) refers to Parliament as the

“Parliament of the Commonwealth”

So who is this one..?

Which is it? Do we seek out the Parliament defined within the Constitution of

1900? … Or do we treat a Parliament that is not in the Constitution of 1900 as

real..?

We see the ATO letterhead has the “Australian Government” on it… perhaps

we’d better check to see if that’s real constitutional government in Australia…

Next we see the Kangaroo & Emu on their letterhead. That’s a stylised version

of the coloured Coast of Arms granted to the Commonwealth of Australia in

1912. This version here is black and white and is a registered trademark with

the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Search serial number

89000532 or simply “Australia.”

Maybe Section 68 of the Crimes Act, Act 12 of 1914 is worth reading;

“Any person who, without lawful authority (proof whereof shall lie upon him)

and with intent to deceive makes any mark resembling, or apparently intended

to resemble or pass for, any authorised official stamp or mark of any

department of the Commonwealth or of any public authority under the

Commonwealth, shall be guilty of an offence. Penalty: Imprisonment for two

years.”

Now we read the Annual Report of the ATO and it’s apparently reliant upon

two ‘Acts’ – the Public Service Act 1999 and the Financial Management and

Accountability Act 1997.

What if those acts came from a Parliament that was not in the Constitution of

1900..?

Or what if the Royal Assent ascribed those ‘Acts’ came from a Governor-

General of a PARALLEL Office of Governor-General..?

For those who believe that tax is essential… “How else would the country

run..?” – Suggest researching those times in history when Government printed

money from its Treasury INSTEAD of borrowing from private banks.

This is about as real as money gets… backed by the energy and effort expended

by the people who built the infrastructure. If there’s no loan to a bankster…

what do you need a taxpayer for..?

Addressing your correspondence

When writing to the ATO… or about them, it may be a good idea to correctly

identify them..? Perhaps refer to their ABN number… and their Dun &

Bradstreet DUNS number. Check their registered company address and

compare it against their website…

What if you wrote to the ATO and asked for substantiation that they were a

real government department..? This would seem reasonable having read

Section 24 A (2) of the Crimes Act of 1914 (as amended by Act #54 of 1920)

which states

It shall be lawful for any person-

1) To endeavour in good faith to show that the Sovereign has been mistaken in

any of his counsels;

2) To point out in good faith errors or defects in the Government or

Constitution of the United Kingdom or of any of the King’s Dominions or of the

Commonwealth as by law established, or in legislation, or in the administration

of justice, with a view to the reformation of such errors or defects;

What if the response came back stating your issues “do not alter your

responsibility to comply with your tax obligations”..?

determined the ATO was really government..? Payment to an organisation

pretending to be government could get you in trouble… Aiding & abetting..?

Letters Patent for the Office of Governor-General

Letters Patent, dated 29 Oct 1900, constituted the OFFICE of Governor-

General.

Letters Patent for the Commonwealth of Australia, 29 Oct 1900

Key Points:

1) Letters Patent were passed under the Great Seal of the United Kingdom,

and;

2) The Office’s full title is the Office of Governor-General and Commander-

in-Chief of the Commonwealth of Australia

This makes sense. The Office of Governor-General is the office of the

monarch’s representative in the Commonwealth of Australia.

Would it make sense for the monarch to constitute the office of her

representative using any other seal than her own..? Say a Kangaroo and an

Emu?

Notice also that the full title of the office includes the Commander-in-Chief …

of the Commonwealth of Australia.

When do Letters Patent Expire..?

Office of Governor-General and Commander-in-Chief constituted 29 Oct 1900

This suggests the Office, and thus the Letters Patent did not expire based on

something happening, like the passing of the monarch. This next passage

reinforces this:

3) Any revocation must be in accordance with the full power and authority

reserved in 1900.

Given the Letters Patent call for the permanent provision of the Office of

Governor-General… and only heirs and successors of Queen Victoria may

revoke them (in accordance with the full power and authority reserved in

1900), do the Letters Patent stand from 1900 until revoked..?

Number (AGN) to avoid the unfortunate presumption that these “Government”

Australian Customs and Border Protection Service has the following registered trading

names:

Does this indicate a difference in capitalising names..? Would there have been any need to

register a different trading name if one could simply write the name differently..? Like when

you are filling out one of those silly forms in BLOCK CAPITALS… as if ordinary printed text

was to difficult to read..

Is there any value in writing to those who refer to you with a CAPITALISED version of your

name and asking a few questions..? CAPITALISED LETTERS REFER TO CORPORATIONS ONLY

NOT natural persons.

More Inconsistencies… DUNS Numbers

It gets worse. “The DUNS number is a unique nine-digit identification sequence which

provides unique identifiers of single business entities, while linking corporate family

structures together.” They did say corporate didn’t they?

It seems that there’s a few “Government” bodies having a DUNS number. See the PDF

AUSTRALIA. My personal favourite is AUSTRALIA, COMMOMWEALTH OF (INC) – and yes…

the spelling is correct. Was it deliberate..? You decide.

Before I import goods from overseas, friends suggested I ask for confirmation of the

following:

Evidence that the Australian Customs & Border Protection Service is the same as the

Department of Customs and Excise, as defined within ‘An Act to Constitute the

Commonwealth of Australia 1900 (UK)’;

Evidence that the Australian Customs & Border Protection Service is a department of the de

jure Government of the Commonwealth of Australia (not the “Australian Government”);

Evidence that any Act (including amendments) that the Australian Customs & Border

Protection Service relies on, derives from the Parliament of the Commonwealth, (not the

“Parliament of Australia”);

Evidence that such Act(s) received Royal Assent by a properly Commissioned Governor-

General (in accordance with the Letters Patent of 1900).

In answering the above, please note:

In the LETTERS PATENT, passed under the Great Seal of the United Kingdom constituting the

Office of Governor-General and Commander-in-Chief of the Commonwealth of Australia,

dated 29 Oct 1900, states:

“And We do hereby reserve to Ourselves, Our heirs and successors, full power and authority

from time to time to revoke, alter, or amend these Our Letters Patent as to Us or them shall

seem meet”.

If there is no evidence that the above Letters Patent were revoked, altered or amended

under the Great Seal of the United Kingdom, in accordance with the above reservation of

power and authority, those Letters Patent regarding the Office of Governor-General of

1900, remain current and still apply.

Excerpt from Commonwealth of Australia Crimes Act. Act 12 of 1914 (with Royal Assent,

not repealed):

“Commonwealth officer” means any person holding office under the Commonwealth, and

includes any person permanently or temporarily employed in the Public Service of the

Commonwealth, or in or in connexion with the Naval or Military Forces of the

Commonwealth, or in the service of any public authority under the Commonwealth and

includes an officer of the Commonwealth Bank.

Any person who, without lawful authority (proof whereof shall lie upon him) and with

intent to deceive makes any mark resembling, or apparently intended to resemble or pass

for, any authorised official stamp or mark of any department of the Commonwealth or of

any public authority under the Commonwealth, shall be guilty of an offence. Penalty:

Any person who-

personates any Commonwealth officer on an occasion when the latter is required to do

any act or attend in any place by virtue of his office or employment; or falsely represents

himself to be a Commonwealth officer, and assumes to do any act or attend in any place

for the purpose of doing any act by virtue of his pretended office or employment, shall be

guilty of an offence. Penalty: Imprisonment for two years.

Amendment & Revocation

In 1913, King George the Fifth amended the Letters Patent passed under the Great Seal of

the United Kingdom constituting the Office of Governor of the State of Victoria and its

Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, within Letters Patent dated 30 Apr 1913.

This is an example of an amendment of Letters Patent. Keep this in mind when considering

the purported 1984 Letters Patent that claim to revoke the Letters Patent of 1900 AS

AMENDED. Surely the manner and form of what an amendment to Letters Patent look like is

demonstrated perfectly by King George the Fifth here in 1913.

Notice the maintenance of the power and authority to revoke, alter or amend the Letters

Patent.

Revocation

In 1925, King George the Fifth revoked the Letters Patent passed under the Great Seal of the

United Kingdom constituting the Office of Governor of the State of Queensland and its

Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, within Letters Patent dated 10 Jun 1925.

This is an example of a revocation of Letters Patent.

Notice the maintenance of the power and authority to revoke, alter or amend the Letters

Patent.

IMPORTANT QUESTIONS TO ASK:

When was our Government corporatized?

Is this an overthrow of our Government via stealth and public secrecy?

Why have not the Australian people told about this?

When Australians go to work every day, are they supporting a government for, of, and by,

the people or a US corporation masquerading as Government?

Why is a company is called ‘COMMONWEALTH OF AUSTRALIA’ registered in Washington

DC?

What reason could there be for a country to be registered as a company?

By definition, aren’t corporate and government entities mutually exclusive?

And doesn’t government regulate companies?

Why would Australia be registered with the SEC in the United States?

And why would it provide a ‘Prospectus’ and annual ‘Economic and Fiscal Outlook’

Documents to the SEC? And be subject to SEC regulation?

Why is the Great Seal of Australia a trademark registered with United States Patent and

Trademark Office?

Could the ‘Australian Government’ be a corporate entity masquerading as real

government, for profit, and not for the purpose of governance?

Does the ‘Australian Government’ truly represent “the people” and not shareholders in

another country?

Why do today’s government departments have corporate mission statements like “we

provide services on BEHALF of government” and “our CLIENTS include government”?

What happened to “we ARE government”??

Does this suggest they are NOT true government, but a company masquerading as

government?

If a company registered in Washington DC is falsely claiming government status in

Australia, what happened to the real (de jure) government with a similar name? And

when?

And are the laws in Australia therefore just rules for employees and contractors of the

corporation?

Perhaps it is a requirement that the Commonwealth of Australia registers as a company

entity in order to trade with the United States of America. Are all the other countries who

trade with the United States also registered on the American SEC?

Is ‘the United States of America’ also registered with ASIC, the Australian Securities &

Investments Commission?

And is Australia similarly registered with the corresponding trade regulators in other

countries?

The answer appears to be NO.

International trade implies mutual agreement; reciprocity; a common method of

exchange. But the reality is that the ‘COMMONWEALTH OF AUSTRALIA’ is registered as a

corporate entity with the United States SEC, but not the other way around. There appear

to be no comparable corporate entities registered in other countries with which Australia

trades. And nations ranking among the United States’ biggest trading partners do NOT

have corporate avatars registered with the American SEC. Perhaps registration in

Washington DC is for the purpose of trading Government Bonds. Interesting…… But this

strange corporate entity is only half the story. Before government bonds can even exist,

surely there must first be a legitimate government.

AS AUSTRALIANS WE DEMAND ANSWERS, HAVE WE BEEN SOLD OUT?

The majority of human beings are unaware that all so-called “statutes,” “Acts,” and “laws”

are essentially the written subjective will and opinions and beliefs of certain humans

known as “politicians” and “legislators (lawyers).” All human made “law” is fundamentally

“contract law.” All human beings have an unlimited natural and common law right of free

will choice to contract or not contract with anyone else. All so-called “democratic”

political and legal systems authority, power and jurisdiction rely entirely on the voluntary

consent of the people – individually and collectively. Without consent or agreement there

would be dictatorship, tyranny, oppression, subjugation, coercion, duress, extortion and

blackmail to name a few. Naturally, all these acts are criminal offences.

Under Common Law, the law of the land you need to establish what offensive I have

committed against a natural person or their property to have any authority over you. The

government are trying to impose Admiralty law, the law of the sea over you without a

valid contract with you.

Every law in this country is invalid because the Constitution was a colonial document

purporting to relate to the Australian colonies and the Commonwealth of Australia

became a Dominion in 1911 which is a completely different legal entity.

In any event the Constitution was created by UK legislation which was never signed into

law by Queen Victoria and hence never came into effect as law.

Moreover, Australia became a sovereign independent nation on the 10th of January 1920

when it became a member state of the League of Nations (if not before that, namely on 19

June 1919 when Australia’s Prime Minister and deputy Prime Minister signed for Australia

as a party to the Versailles Peace Treaty) 7’ 30” to 8’ 30”).

The Australia Act 1986 (8’ 30” to 12’)

The Police claim they get their authority from the Queen of Australia under the Australia

Act (Australia) 1986 so the first question to be resolved is: ‘Which Australia Act allegedly

gives the police that authority – is it the Australia Act (UK) 1986 OR the Australia Act

(Australia) 1986 which says in its preamble that it gets its authority from the Australia Act

(UK) 1986. [Ron: The Preamble to the UK Act reads:

'Whereas the Parliament and Government of the Commonwealth of Australia have, with

the concurrence of the States of Australia, requested and consented to the enactment of

an Act of the Parliament of the United Kingdom in the terms hereinafter set forth:

Be it therefore enacted by the Queen’s most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice

and consent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, and Commons, in this present

Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—']

Clearly the UK Act says; in the Preamble that the governments of Australia have

consented to that (UK) government creating that act FOR Australia. For the text of the

Two questions arise:

1. Where is the evidence of the people of Australia having consented to our government

(which represents us) to ask a foreign power ie the UK, to make a law for us?

2. When was the international treaty registered with the UN (as required by international

law pursuant to UN Resolution 1286) evidencing that the Australian people AND the

British people have both consented under international law, as required, for the use of

the British law IN Australia? Is it not true that THAT treaty does not exist and hence

anything purported to be done under or pursuant to the Australia Act 1986

(Commonwealth) is invalid and of no effect.

The Law of the UCC: Uniform Commercial Code

Around 1930 the time of the great depression most governments of the world were

bankrupt and as payments to Bankers the governments floated a bond against our future

earnings by using our birth registrations as the collateral for our promise to pay Income

tax is just their having educated you to pay the interest on the loan YOU lent THEM. When

we access our Direct Treasury Accounts, those held at the BC/ FRB under our SINs/ SSNs,

we will no longer have to work.

Natural Person vs. Artificial Person: Legal definitions.

I am sure you are aware of the following information about Natural Person vs. Artificial

Person but here it is so there are no misunderstandings. You may be surprised to find out

that artificial persons have a monetary value, I assure you this is correct, see email sent to

Hon Bill English MP Finance Minister, New Zealand.

There are two "persons" identified in law. These are "natural-person" and "artificial-

person".

A natural-person is defined as "A human being that has the capacity for rights and duties".

Note that the word capacity means the ability, but not the obligation for rights and duties.

An artificial-person is defined as "A legal entity, not a human being, recognized as a

person in law to whom legal rights and duties may attach - e.g. a body corporate".

Sometimes an artificial-person may be referred to as a CORPORATION, which is not always

the same as an Incorporated Company. These subtle re-definitions are made in Statutes

whenever the Government wants to change the meaning of the word. There are many

different types of artificial-persons, each with different duties. Here are a few different

types of artificial-persons: Taxpayer, Resident, Driver, Voter, Citizen, Homeowner, and

Officer.

The technique our Government uses is to create an artificial-person for every human-

being in Australia. As creator of a CORPORATION, the Government can demand anything it

wants from the CORPORATION. As a legal entity, a CORPORATION does not have feelings

and cannot be hurt. So for every John Doe human-being in Australia, the Government

created a JOHN DOE CORPORATION. Capital letters are used to represent CORPORATIONS

and COMPANIES. Lower case letters are used to represent the name of the natural-

person.

This is how the system works in HER MAJESTY THE QUEEN IN RIGHT OF NEW ZEALAND

CORPORATION and very similar to the way THE COMMONWEALTH OF AUSTRALIA

CORPORATION is set up.

At Birth you are registered with the DEPARTMENT OF BIRTHS DEATHS AND MARRIAGES

that BIRTH CERTIFICATE is then given a value which is derived from your birth weight (you

are worth your weight in gold). This then goes through the LAND TRANSFER ACT and the

corporate identity WAYNE MURRAY THOMPSON now becomes LAND with a real

monetary value. This is a treasury bond which Governments and banks access for funding

and loans.

Minister, New Zealand, about the Governments use of the money from an

artificial person’s identity.

are based on deception and fraud as it is my money they are giving me from the creation

failure to live in harmony and accord with moral and natural law. The current system is

the cause/effect result of our own folly. All governments are expressions of, and exist by

virtue of, the people's irresponsibility, ignorance, laziness, larceny, and surrender of

personal power, freedom, and autonomy in exchange for "being taken care of." In other

words, every government exists due to the express will, as well as implied default of, the

people (combined with the willingness of the ruthless to accept and manage the surrender

of the people's power to the fictitious, artificially created, "government").

As Joseph de Maistre noted: "Every country gets the government it deserves."

What Can People Do? -To start with you must declare that you and your strawman are not

one and the same. This is done via a very carefully worded affidavit, a "Statutory

Declaration of True Name". This affidavit states exactly what your correct name is and

that you are not to be confused with or represent in any way any of the straw man

versions of your name. Next you will actually create an entity that takes on the names of

your strawman. That is to say you will literally bring your straw man to life. Your

strawman will be an entity officially created under New Zealand law having its own legal

status. The benefit is that you will not have to try and convince anyone that you are not

one and the same as your strawman. It will be self-evident.

The strawman will have its own director and owner. The director and owner will represent

the entity in all matters. The place for service and official address will be the same as the

man or woman the entity is created to protect.

For example: Mr. John Frank Doe and Mrs. Jane Mary Doe of 22 New Street, Newmarket,

Auckland, wish to protect themselves. This is what they do: Mrs Jane Mary Doe forms a

company called JOHN FRANK DOE LIMITED to protect her husband. She then registers

several names as "doing business as" these are the entities' registered trademark - names,

registered at the Companies Office. She registers: JOHN F. DOE, JOHN FRANK DOE, J. F.

DOE, JOHN DOE, John Frank DOE, John F. Doe, J. F. Doe, John Doe, DOE John Frank.

Mrs Doe registers 22 New Street, Newmarket, Auckland as the place for service etc.. The

newly formed entity will conduct no business at all! It will have no IRD [Inland Revenue

Department] number and no bank account. It will essentially be a shelf company that

exists in name only to prove legally that the entity exists and that John Frank Doe is not

that entity. Mr Doe will do the same for Mrs Doe.

"The Wizard of Oz" - What it really means!

This appears to be a message to expose the banking cartel in America, and to let the

people know that they have the power to 'liquidate' them and get back to Kansas - the

real land/republic (Hab 2.6-8).

The Symbolism Hidden Within "THE WIZARD of OZ"

The "Wizard of Oz", written by L. Frank Baum, is not a mere child's story.

What is "Oz" a symbol for? Ounces.

What is measured in ounces? Gold.

What is the yellow brick road? Bricks or ingot bars of gold.

The character known as the Straw Man represents that fictitious, ALL CAPS, legal fiction - a

PERSON, the Federal U.S. Government created with the same spelling as your birth name.

Remember what the Straw Man wanted from the Wizard of Oz? A Brain! No juristic

person - legal fiction - paper corporation has a brain because he/she has no breath of life.

What did he get in place of a brain? A certificate: a Birth Certificate for a new legal

creation.

He was proud of his new legal status, plus all the other legalisms he was granted. Now he

becomes the epitome of the brainless sack of straw who was given a certificate in place of

a grain of common sense.

Now, what about the Tin Man? Does Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) recall anything

to mind? The poor TIN Man just stood there mindlessly doing his work until his body

literally froze up and stopped functioning. He worked himself to death because he had no

heart or soul.

He's the heartless and emotionless creature robotically carrying out his daily task as

though he were already dead. He's the ox pulling the plow and the mule toiling under the

yoke. These days, his task masters just oil him nightly with beer and place him in front of a

hypnotic television until his very existence no longer has any meaning or value. His

masters keep him cold on the outside and heartless on the inside in order to control any

emotion or feeling that might arise.

The Cowardly Lion was always too frightened to stand up for himself. Of course, he was a

bully and a big mouth when it came to picking on those smaller than he. (Have you ever

noticed how bullies are really the biggest cowards? They act as though they have great

courage, but, in reality, have none at all. They roar, but with no teeth of authority to back

them up.) When push came to shove, the Cowardly Lion always buckled under and

whimpered when anyone of any size or stature challenged him. He wanted courage from

the Grand Wizard, so he was awarded a medal of "official" recognition. Now, although

remaining a coward, his official status allowed him to be a bully, but with officially

recognized authority. (He's not unlike the Attorneys who hide behind the Middle Courts of

the Temple Bar.) et al ad infinitum.

What about the trip through the field of poppies? Did you notice how this had no narcotic

effect on the Straw Man (no brain) or the Tin Man (no heart or soul)? They weren't real

people, so drugs could not influence them.

The Wizard of Oz was written at the turn of the century, so how could the author have

known America was going to be drugged?

The Crown has been playing the drug cartel game for centuries.

Just look up the history of Hong Kong and the Opium Wars.

The Crown already had valuable experience conquering all of China with drugs, so why not

the rest of the world?

What was the Emerald City? The Federal Reserve System

Who finally exposed the Wizard for what he really was?

Toto, the ugly (or cute, depending on your perspective) and somewhat annoying little dog.

Toto means "in total, all together; Latin in toto."

What was it that the witch wanted after she alleged that the little dog had bitten her?

TOTO. ... everything. Notice how Toto was not scared of the Great Wizard's theatrics, yet

he was so small in size, compared to the Wizard, that no one seemed to notice him?

The smoke, flames and holographic images of Oz were designed to frighten people into

doing as the Great Wizard commanded.

Toto simply padded over, looked behind the curtain (the COURT, etc.), saw it was a scam,

started barking until others paid attention to him and came to see what all the barking

was about. Who was behind the curtain?

Just an ORDINARY PERSON controlling the levers that created the illusion of the Great

Wizard's power and authority.

When Toto pulled back the curtain and completely exposed him, the charade was at an

end. (The veil hiding the corporate legal fiction and its false courts was removed.)

The Wizard's game was UP. What was he after all? ... a con-man. A FRAUD.

We can see, in this tale, just how loud the bark from a little dog can be.

How about YOUR bark? How big is it?

Most of us remain silent and wait to be given whatever food and recognition, if any, by

our legal master. Let us not forget those pesky flying monkeys. What perfect mythical

creatures to represent the Bar Association Attorneys who attack and control the little

people for the Great Crown Wizard, the powerful and grand Bankers of Oz: GOLD!

How, finally, was the evil witch destroyed? .... pure, clean water LIQUIDATION!

How, at last, did Dorothy get home? She simply clicked her heels. She always had the

power, and SO DO WE!

What would it take to expose the Wizard for what he is, tearing away his veils?

We each need only a brain, a heart and soul --- and COURAGE.

Then, and perhaps of the greatest importance, we need to learn HOW to WORK

TOGETHER.

Only "in TOTO," WORKING TOGETHER as ONE Body of the King of Kings, (whatever name

or form that may take for each of us), can we have the freedom given under God's Law.

The saints need to come out of the accounting/charging system of commerce, and into the

forgiving/serving system of cooperation and love. The saints now can and MUST return to

the "Garden" (Isa 51.3; 52.8-12)!
