•Holds annual retreats (CEO and Harvard Summit) as well as informal gatherings at major APHSA events (e.g., annual Policy Forum)

Leads affiliate in promoting the exchange of experience and knowledge among agencies within its respective professional discipline (e.g., child welfare, training of workers, IT).
