I. CREATING AN ACCOUNT
1. Access Google Drive.- Access Google Drive
(http://drive.google.com) - Click “Go to Google Drive”
2. Create an Account.- Fill in the information- Click “Next Step”

1. Create a Folder.
a. Option 1:- Click “New” - Select “Folder”
b. Option 2:- Click “My Drive” - Select “Folder”
*Note: You can create/use other services by using Option 2 which is the same as the Option 1.

- Click “New”- Select “File Upload”- Select the file from your computer- Click ”Open”
3. Upload a Folder- Click “New”- Select “Folder Upload”- Select the folder from your computer- Click “Open”

1. Create a Google Doc
- Click “New”- Select “Google Docs”
2. Create a Google Sheet- Click “New”- Select “Google Sheets”

- Click “New” - Select “Google Slides”* Note: Google Documents is similar to working with Microsoft Office products.
4. Create other services (Google Forms, Google Drawings, and Google My Maps)- Click “New” - Select “More” - Choose your desired service option.

IV. SHARING DOCUMENTS/FOLDERS
1. Get sharable link. a. Select documents/folder you want
to shareb. Click the “Chain” iconc. Click “Sharing Settings”d. Click “Done”
* Note: You can share the folder with others by adding their emails (e).
2. Share documents/ folders with others.a. Select documents/folder you want to
share. b. Click the “Person+” icon.c. Add others emails.d. Put a note (optional)e. Click “Send”
*Note: When adding collaborators, you can set permissions for them (can edit, comment, or view) (f)

V. REMOVING AND DOWNLOADING DOCUMENTS/FOLDERS
1. Remove documents/ folders- Select the documents you want to
remove- Click the “Trash Bin” icon
2. Download documents/ folders- Select the documents/folders you
want to download- Click the “More Action” icon- Select “Download”
