Buyer Request on BINSR: Repair dented areas in the garage door and repaint if necessary. Tighten
the loose garage door opener chain and repair or replace damaged garage door track.
Response from Seller on BINSR: Seller will make garage door operational.

Per section 2k of the PC, Buyer shall immediately notify Seller of any changes to the loan program or financing terms, but they only need written permission if
those changes adversely affect the buyer’s ability to obtain loan approval without PTD conditions, increase seller’s closing costs, or delay COE.
Buyer changed from conventional to VA and notified the seller accordingly. Three days prior to COE, the buyer’s loan is denied due to “insufficient
entitlement” because buyer could not obtain her DD214.

ability to close escrow or complete the obligations of this Contract.”
In order to qualify for the loan, the buyer must have a co-signer. The co-signer is married, but the spouse will not be on the loan or title.
