Men’s Golf Apparel Overview

• We want to place more focus on Golf because it has become our 2nd highest volume driving class for men’s apparel. 

• The Comp Outlet stores are selling Golf at 41% more dollars, 58% more units, and making 26% more margin dollars last 4 weeks to LY!

• We need to get an additional 10-15% lift through September to make room for the new product.

• MENS GOLF APPAREL WILL BE ON BOGO this should automatically ring up in the system, if not submit magic ticket.

• We are on a roll, lets keep it going by creating a better presentation!

Men’s Golf VM Here is some clarification on where to place your Men’s golf product.

• If you have an abundance of product, then you will need to place golf in more than 1 or 2 areas. You will need to maximize golf in the free space on the floor and walls. If you are replacing other product to maximize your golf presentation, using your best judgment, replace the following categories listed in order of importance: Basketball, Training, Originals.

• The top 2 areas to highlight golf in store are zone 2 and zone 3.

• Place 2 fixtures in zone 3 (drive aisle). Start there and flow the golf product to zone 2 (perimeter wall). If you have enough product, fill the perimeter wall with a good representation. Reprioritize the product that you take out of the drive aisle to zone 2 or 4.

• If golf product is already on your drive aisle, refresh it, fill it, and add color.    

• Utilize the nesting table if you have one. You can also dress a mannequin and flank it from the nesting table.
